1.Working principle and function


DGH type hydrogen dryer is a special equipment to remove water vapor from hydrogen gas in the turbine generator.
The principle of the hydrogen dryer for drying hydrogen is: the magnetic circulation fan in the system is used to force the hydrogen to circulate, and the hydrogen with high humidity is passed through the absorption tower filled with molecular sieve, and after the absorption of water reaches saturation, its "regeneration function" can remove its own water vapor by heating, so as to restore its absorption capacity.
In a hydrogen desiccator, an embedded electric heater is used to heat the desiccant to vaporize the bound moisture, and at the same time an encapsulated hydrogen flows through the adsorption layer to take away the released water vapor, and the desiccant regains its initial properties, then the hydrogen (containing water vapor) is cooled and the condensate is discharged through a separator. It can be repeated.
The dryer itself has two absorption towers, when one of them is in the process of moisture absorption, the other one is in the process of regeneration, so the dryer can work continuously.
