1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The automatic backwash filter screen is mainly used for circulating water system of power plant, circulating water system of heat supply network, circulating pump sealing water system, air conditioning cooling water system, rotary screen flushing water system, fire fighting water system, slag water recovery system, etc. to remove garbage in water.

1.2. Model meaning

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. ASCS type automatic backwash filter screen. As shown in figure 80-1, ASCS type automatic backwashing filter screen (electric water filter) is composed of electric device, outer cylinder, inner cylinder, filter core, backwashing pressure plate arm, etc. The outer cylinder and the inner cylinder form an isolated inlet and outlet channel, and the filter body is composed of 12-36 filter cores according to the diameter. During normal operation, the unfiltered water passes through the inlet and enters into the filter body for filtration from the upper and lower sides; During backwashing, the backwashing pressure plate arms block the upper and lower inlets of each filter core in turn. Because the pressure of the drain outlet is lower than that of the outlet, the filtered water flows back into the filter core, causing a high-speed reverse flow through the filter screen to backwash the garbage accumulated on the filter screen, and the sewage mixed with garbage is discharged through the sewage pipe. In ASCS series automatic backwashing filter screen, the filter element is fixed and the blowdown pipe is rotated. The structure determines that this type of filter screen will not jam and the filter core is not easy to be damaged. The filter core adopts wedge-shaped gap type filter core, which is a kind of stainless steel filter with small resistance, fine filtration, firmness and reliability, and is composed of V-shaped stainless steel wire.

The structural features of ASCS filter screen are as follows:

1.3.1.1. The structure is compact and reasonable, with good filtering effect and small volume, which is convenient for on-site installation and future maintenance.

1.3.1.2. Because the flow channel of the filter screen is V-shaped, the resistance of water passing through the filter screen is small, and the garbage is not easy to block during backwashing, so it is easy to be washed away.

1.3.1.3. The shape, cross-section design and smooth surface of stainless steel wire mesh can reduce fiber adsorption and prevent long-term work.

1.3.1.4. It is durable and has a long service life of more than 30 years under normal conditions.

1.3.1.5. High degree of automation, without manual management. The electric filter screen adopts advanced PLC program control, which can manually set the backwashing time interval (1 ~ 24h) and each backwashing time (8 ~ 15min) according to the water quality. The automatic / manual operation mode can be switched at will, and the remote and local control can be switched at any time.

1.3.1.6. As the single filter element of ASCS adopts advanced triangle winding system, the whole filter screen contains many filter elements, so compared with other forms of filter screen, the filter accuracy is higher, the flow area is larger, and the running water resistance is smaller.

1.3.1.7. During backwashing, it works continuously without shutdown, and there is no need to set up another backwashing water source, and the amount of water taken away by one backwashing is small, which is only 3% of the amount of water in the backwashing period.

1.3.2 ASCSC type automatic backwash filter screen. As shown in figure 80-2, ASCSC type automatic backwashing filter screen (secondary filter screen) device is mainly composed of electric device, connecting shaft, gear box, filter core, blowdown bucket, blowdown rotary pipe, electric blowdown valve, sealing seat, control box and other components, which can be used for cooling water filtration of steam turbine condenser, oil cooler, heat exchanger and other equipment in power station. It can be installed in the cooling water pipe like a valve, either vertically or horizontally. In vertical installation, the inlet is at the bottom and the outlet is at the top. During operation, the unfiltered water enters from the lower inlet and flows out from the upper outlet after being filtered by the filter screen, and the garbage accumulates in the filter core. During backwashing, the inlet of each filter core is blocked by the blowdown bucket in sequence, and the electric blowdown valve is opened. Because the pressure at the blowdown outlet is lower than that at the outlet of the filter screen, part of the filtered clean water flows out to the blowdown outlet through the filter core blocked by the blowdown bucket, and the garbage accumulated in the filter core is taken away. It has the advantages of compact structure, convenient installation, low pressure loss, low power consumption, good backwashing effect and high degree of automation.

3. Selection method

If the user wants to use automatic backwash filter screen, the following data shall be provided:

3.1. Inlet and outlet diameter and flow of filter screen.

3.2. Filter precision of filter screen.

3.3. Filter media.

3.4. Working pressure and temperature of filter screen.

3.5. Requirements for interface size, position and installation position.

According to the user's requirements, the external dimension, interface position and installation position of the automatic backwashing filter screen can be modified to meet the user's site requirements.

 

4. Scope of supply

The supply scope of automatic backwashing filter screen (typical scope, which can be increased or decreased according to user's demand) includes filter screen body, electric control box, electric speed reducer, electric sewage valve, differential pressure controller, pressure gauge before and after filter screen, pressure measurement system pipeline, inlet and outlet counter flange and connector, anchor bolt, etc.
