1. usage

3. Structure overview

3.1. Main body: it is composed of a large steel structure with enough rigidity, and there is enough space on it to install the transmission part sleeve, traveling part sleeve, boom, hydraulic system, etc.

3.2. Traveling wheel: the shunter is equipped with four traveling wheels in total. The wheels are not provided with rims, and the outer circle is hardened by overheating treatment. The wheel is supported on the spindle by the bearing, the three wheels are connected on the vehicle body with bolt steel, and welded with the vehicle body. The other wheel is equipped with spring body elastic connection, which has three functions: one is to keep the body level through adjustment, so as to ensure that the transmission pinion engages with the ground rack as a line; the other is to reduce vibration; the third is to ensure that all four vehicles can bear the weight of the shunter body.

3.3. Guide wheel: because the shunter is arranged in parallel with the vehicle, when the shunter pulls the vehicle, There must be a large torque, so that the shunter has a turning trend. Therefore, when the car body is equipped with guide wheel, the guide wheel can rely on the reaction force of the guide block to ensure that the shunter does not deflect and fall off during operation. The other function is to overcome the torque generated when the tractor is pulled through the guide rail. There are four guide wheels in total, all of which are installed vertically on the vehicle body. Since the deviation between the center of the mounting hole and the guide wheel axis is 20 mm, rotating the guide wheel frame can change the position of the guide wheel axis, with the amplitude of ± 20 mm. Adjusting the position of the guide wheel axis through the four earrings on the guide wheel can make the four guide wheels contact the guide block, so as to ensure the safe operation of the shunter The guide wheel can be lifted only by removing the pressing iron during maintenance.

3.4. Shunting boom: the boom is a structural part welded by ordinary steel plate, and its fatigue strength is considered as 2xl05 times of stress. The shunting boom is made by two oil cylinders to rotate around a certain axis, on which is equipped with the coupler of the hauling car and the hydraulic uncoupling device. In addition, a push hook is also installed, which is used to send a single empty car into the moving platform. The push hook is equipped with a buffer device and an automatic hook removal device.

3.5. The traction of traveling transmission device and shunter, is obtained by meshing four groups of gears on a rack on the ground, and each driving unit is driven by a driving motor, The friction torque limiting safety coupling, hydraulic brake, vertical planetary gear reducer, transmission shaft and pinion on the transmission are composed. Each traveling driving device is self-contained. When one of them fails, it can be removed for maintenance as a whole and replaced with another set of standby transmission device. Note that the friction plate of the friction limited safety coupling shall be free of grease and other sundries during installation. The rated transmission torque of the friction limited safety coupling has been adjusted before delivery, and the difference between the maximum friction torque of four couplings shall not exceed 5%.
