1. Introduction

1.1.  Usage

RCD series electromagnetic iron remover can be used with all types of belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, or chute. It can remove ferromagnetic impurities from moving materials, so as to purify materials, improve material grade or protect equipment in the next process.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1.RCDE circulating oil cooling / oil cooling plate type iron remover structure features. The coil of circulating oil cooling / oil cooling iron remover is fully sealed, so it has excellent dust resistance and moisture resistance, and is suitable for the harsh working environment of thermal power plant, coal mine and port. The circulating oil cooling / oil cooling heat dissipation mode has high heat dissipation efficiency, which completely solves the problem of magnetic field strength reduction caused by the increase of resistance due to temperature rise.

The biggest advantage of circulating oil cooling iron remover is that it can quickly take away and disperse the heat inside the coil, which can solve the problem of adapting to harsh environment and large suction.

Its main characteristics are as follows

① The magnet has good dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion performance.

② At the same time, the oil inlet and outlet points are increased to make the system temperature rise uniform and significantly reduce, reduce the local overheating phenomenon, improve the utilization rate of magnetic potential, and further improve the suction of the iron remover.

③ It has the advantages of small volume, light weight, compact structure and good heat dissipation effect.

④ The effective heat exchange area of the coil is increased, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, the aging speed of the coil is slowed down, and the service life of the equipment is increased. Low temperature rise, long service life of magnetic core.

⑤ The air-cooled radiator has the function of regular reverse automatic dust cleaning, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency and prevents the coil temperature rising due to dust accumulation.

⑥ All control cabinets are equipped with PLC control (only circulating oil cooling type), which is more convenient to interlock with DCS.

1.3.2. Structure features of rcdf circulating oil cooling / oil cooling belt type iron remover. The outline of RCDF iron remover is shown in figure 46-3, and the structure dimension of iron remover is shown in figure 46-4 and table 46-2

The basic features are the same as RCDE circulating oil-cooled / oil-cooled plate type iron remover. The belt has the function of automatic deviation correction and can still operate normally with a lateral inclination of 15 °.

1.3.3.The structure characteristics of PDC / RCDB self cooling plate electromagnetic iron remover. The outline of the iron remover is shown in figure 46-5, and the structure size of the separator is shown in figure 46-6 and table 46-3

It is suitable for all kinds of harsh environment, small size, light weight, compact structure, maintenance free, no noise, patent magnetic structure, good cooling effect, low temperature rise, can realize manual control and remote program control.

1.3.4. Structure characteristics of rcdd self cooling belt type electromagnetic iron remover. The outline of rcdd iron remover is shown in Fig. 46-7; the structural dimensions are shown in Fig. 46-8 and table 46-4.

 

It is suitable for all kinds of occasions with heavy dust, compact structure, easy maintenance, automatic correction of belt deviation, patent magnetic system structure, good cooling effect, low temperature rise, low noise, simple operation, and can realize centralized control and continuous iron absorption and discarding.

1.4. Working principle

DT4 electric pure iron with high permeability and high saturation magnetic induction is used as iron core, which can reduce the difference of cold and hot magnetic field and improve the stability of total magnetic field. The magnetic field provided by the electromagnetic iron remover includes two parts: one is the excitation magnetic field provided by the coil, which changes with the cold and hot state; the other is the magnetic field provided by the soft magnetic core after being magnetized. The latter is the main source of the magnetic field of the iron remover, which increases with the increase of the magnetization field until the saturation magnetization (for example, when the spring expands and contracts with the change of pressure, it will not change with the change of pressure when it reaches the limit). DT4 electrical pure iron is a material with high magnetic conductivity and high saturation magnetic induction strength, which is easy to magnetize. When the coil magnetic field is very small (HS under the hot magnetic field), it will reach saturation BS (the saturated magnetic induction intensity is 1.2-1.4 times of that of ordinary A3 steel), so that the magnetic field mainly provided by the iron core does not change with the cold and hot state, and the stability of the total magnetic field is improved.

The unique magnetic circuit designed by combining advanced computer simulation and experimental results has the advantages of deep permeability, strong magnetic force and high magnetic gradient.

All supporting control cabinets are made of famous manufacturers at home and abroad, which effectively ensures the stability of its performance. The protection grade of the cabinet shall not be lower than IP54. The control cabinet adopts silicon rectifier diode module for rectification. Compared with the thyristor rectifier, on the one hand, the quality stability of domestic thyristor components is not high, and the applicable altitude is generally no more than 1000m, so the application range is limited; on the other hand, due to the limitation of thyristor working principle, the low-temperature environment will prolong its conduction time, and the output current will drift with the change of ambient temperature after conduction, resulting in unstable output current. In this way, it will directly lead to the instability of the magnetic performance of the main engine, which is not conducive to continuous and efficient iron removal. At the same time, the thyristor has the hidden danger that the adjustment deviation is too large and the main engine is burnt out due to the insensitive trigger. The silicon rectifier diode rectifier with constant voltage output can effectively avoid the above shortcomings, eliminate the influence of human operation factors, and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

3. Selection method

3.1. If the user has a high requirement on the removal rate of miscellaneous iron, there are many solid balls such as steel balls and bolts, and the material particle size is large and the material layer is thick, it is recommended that:

3.1.1. Select super strong magnetic iron remover.

3.1.2. In general, the multi-stage iron remover should not be lower than two levels. The multi-stage iron remover should be installed on the belt head as far as possible. When the installation position is few, the disc type iron remover can be installed in the middle of the belt. The model of iron remover should be increased step by step,

The larger the model, the stronger the magnetic properties).

3.1.3. The iron removal equipment with different working modes can be used together. For example, the head of the belt conveyor is equipped with a water magnetic drum, and the middle part of the belt conveyor is equipped with two iron removal points, one point is electromagnetic disc type, and the other point is permanent tape type. This combination is very effective for iron removal from thick or extra thick material layers. It can also be mixed with ordinary and super strong iron removers,

3.2. Belt type permanent magnetic iron remover should be selected for belt conveyor with belt width less than 1.4m, and electromagnetic iron remover is recommended for belt conveyor with belt width above 1.6m.

3.3. When the power capacity is insufficient, permanent magnet iron remover should be selected.

3.4. The non-magnetic flat idler or non-magnetic idler shall be selected as far as possible under the iron remover.

3.5. The selection of the hanging device type and total length of the suspended iron remover is related to the layout position and space environment of the iron remover, and it should be determined and purchased according to the actual needs before ordering.

3.6. The iron remover provided in this manual is commonly used. If it is not suitable for the user's environment, the company will carry out special design,

3.7. The various installation forms described in this volume are not unique. Users can cooperate with the iron remover for proper installation according to the actual situation.

 

4. Scope of supply and order requirements

4.2.4. Delivery time, place, receiving unit, requirements for delivery mode (train, highway, waterway),

4.2.5. Users are also requested to provide the following information for reference: conveyor belt width, belt speed, inclination angle, material property, particle size, thickness, size of impurity iron, environmental temperature change, installation position and space size.
