1. Use

The C2 rotor type wagon tipper/dumper is suitable for large thermal power plants, chemical plants, cement plants, coking plants, sintering plants in the port and metallurgical industry, etc. It is used to dump coal, ore and other bulk materials carried by various quasi-rail railway trucks materials.

3. Dumper structure

The C2 rotary wagon tipper is composed of the following parts:

3.1 Slewing frame

The slewing frame is composed of two C-shaped end plates and three box beams connected by high-strength bolts to form a slewing body, and the rolling tracks on the two end plates are placed on the supporting rollers for slewing motion. In addition to the raceway, there is a rack on the end plate to drive the slewing frame to reciprocate. On a box beam called a carriage beam, a track is provided to park the vehicle, a hydraulic station is set, and it is used as a backing A support point of the vibration device. A box-shaped beam called a car beam is provided with a support for pushing the hydraulic cylinder of the plate vibration device, and a support for the cylinder seat of the clamping device and the clamping arm. On the third beam, the cylinder seat of the clamping device and the support of the clamping arm are installed.

3.2 Transmission device

The transmission device is mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer and a brake, and is used to drive the slewing frame for reciprocating movement.

3.3 Clamping mechanism

The car clamping mechanism is composed of two pairs of pressing arms. The contact portion between the car clamping arms and the car upper is equipped with buffer rubber, so as not to damage the car upper. Each pressing arm is driven by two oil cylinders, and presses the vehicle before dumping. During the dumping process, the release of the vehicle spring is compensated by the hydraulic system.

3.4 Plate vibration device

There are two vibration devices on the backboard, each equipped with two vibrators, two struts and two oil cylinders. The weight of the backboard is supported by the struts. The surface is covered with cushion rubber to protect the vehicle. The two vibrators vibrate a vibrating plate, and the vibrating plate transmits the vibration force to the vehicle to remove residual materials without damaging the vehicle.

3.5 Roller

There are a total of four idler rollers. Each idler roller is equipped with two rollers. The rollers on the two idler rollers at the entry end have rims to limit the axial movement of the traverse frame. Rollers are used to carry the weight of the slewing body and tipping vehicles.

3.6 Coal guide plate

The coal guide plate is used to introduce the dumped material into the support frame and then fall into the coal hopper, so as to protect the support frame from being injured by the dumped material.

3.7 Cable bracket

The cable bracket is used to support the power cable and control cable on the dumper. Place it on the tipping side of the car's end plate.

 

4. Working process of wagan tipper

The C2 rotor dumper can be linked with other supporting equipment on the unloading line to realize automatic unloading, and can also be manually controlled by manual operation. The motor of the hydraulic station is started to raise the pressing arm to the highest position, and then a full-load open car is pulled by the heavy truck shunting machine to be accurately positioned on the supporting beam of the dumper. The plate vibrator leans to the side of the gondola under the push of the hydraulic cylinder. The drop of the pressing arm presses the sides of the gondola. When the leaning plate is up, the pressing arm is pressed, and the heavy truck shunting arm has moved out of the dumper, the dumper begins to dump at normal speed. During the dumping process, the release of the vehicle spring force is achieved by not closing the hydraulic The hydraulic lock on the cylinder absorbs the release energy of the spring. After dumping to 100 degrees, the hydraulic lock is closed to lock the dump vehicle to prevent the vehicle from falling off the road. The dumper continues to dump until deceleration, parking, and the vibrator are put in at about 160 degrees. After 3 seconds, the vibration stops, and the dumper returns at normal speed. When it is 30 degrees away from the zero position, the pressing arm starts to lift, and it is almost Deceleration at zero position, stop on rail, and back up after stopping. When the pressing arm is up to the highest position. After leaning back to the last position, the heavy-duty shunting machine towed the second section of the fully loaded gondola, entered the dumper, and ejected the dumped empty car. The dumper completes a working cycle.

 

5.The use requirements and precautions of the dumper

5.1. This dumper cannot dump fully frozen vehicles.

5.2. No dumping is allowed when the external dimensions of the vehicle exceed the requirements of Article 2.5.

5.3. Due to the use of hydraulic system in the dumper, the cleanliness requirements of hydraulic oil are very strict. All hydraulic oil added to the oil tank should be filtered with an oil filter with a filtering accuracy of 100um.

 

6. Maintenance

6.1. The eight roller bearings on the four idlers should be refueled regularly, once a month as the case may be.

6.2. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank should be filtered regularly. After the new machine runs for 24 hours, it should be filtered once, and then filtered again after 72 hours, and then filtered once every two months. The filter should be cleaned with the filter and the oil tank. . The hydraulic oil is changed once a year.

6.3. The reliable operation of the dumper brake is related to the safe operation of the entire equipment. Periodically check whether the brake works reliably and the brake shoe wear. Regular adjustment of braking torque and replacement of worn brake shoes will be a reliable guarantee for safe operation.

6.4. After running for a certain period of time, check the seals of the pistons of the clamped car and the cylinder of the car. If the pressing arm falls automatically when it is stationary, and the car is loose when it is dumped, it means that the internal leakage is serious, and the cylinder seal should be replaced.

6.5. The limit position of the overturning machine is controlled by the limit switch. The reliable operation of the limit switch is of great importance. The reliability of the limit switch should be checked frequently to ensure the safety of the equipment.
