XTJ-11-300 Electric Actuator
1. Overview
XTJ-11-300 electric actuator is new electric drive reciprocate machine, which is applicable in advance and retract movement of oil gun, spark rod, and flame detector in ignition system. This machine is agile, stable and easy to handle.

3. Structure and Principle
The actuator consists of electromotor, thread bar and nut, thrust bar, bumper and stroke switch. Axis joint drives and turns thread bar and nut from whirligig to linear movement, then sends to handspike, this process accomplished the advance and retract movement of electromotor.
4. Installation, Regulating, and Maintenance
4.1. Installation and Regulating
4.1.1. Install electromotor and stroke switch following wiring drawing.
4.1.2. For spark rod mounting, insert its head into oil gun atomizing region for 40 ～60mm. (See the following figure)
4.1.3. After mounting, parallelize oil gun/spark rod and motorial direction of thrust bar so as to make sure smooth movement and low noise.
4.1.4. See the actuator figure for its mounting size. (Drawing 1)
4.2. Usage and Maintenance
4.2.1. Actuator works under temperature -25 ℃～80℃, and 85% humidity.
4.2.2. If actuator is unavailable, please check the position of stroke switch and adjust the circuit.
4.2.3. Examine the actuator annually, and inject lubricant to thread bar and axis of rotation.
4.2.4. Do not step on or put stress on the actuator.
