1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
ZLP series ring hammer fine crusher is mainly used for secondary fine crushing of small particle coal required by circulating fluidized bed boiler.

1.3. Structural features
The structure of ZLP series ring hammer crusher is shown in Fig. 33-1
1.4. Working principle
ZLP series fine-grained crusher is mainly designed for the need of fine-grained coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boiler.
ZLP crusher combines the advantages of ring crusher and foreign reversible crusher, inherits the ring hammer head structure of ring crusher (the structure of ring hammer is adjusted to make it more suitable for the work needs). The crusher plate draws lessons from the form of non sieve plate of reversible crusher. The material basically passes through the gap between hammer head and crushing plate through the material inlet in vertical direction The circular ring hammer can rotate freely and wear evenly, and the broken plate can be easily replaced, so it is unnecessary to make a reversible type with broken plates on both sides.
The crushing plate of ZLP crusher forms an arc around the horizontal line of the rotor to form a certain angle wrap angle for the rotor. The gap between the crushing plate and the rotor is equal and adjustable within the range of the wrap angle. This gap determines the discharge particle size of the crusher, and the size of the wrapping angle affects the passing capacity of the materials. The small wrapping angle makes the passing distance of the materials short, easy to pass and not easy to block, while the large wrap angle is the opposite.
ZLP crusher circular hammer ring and crushing plate is a progressive surface from large to small, and then from small to large. The hammer ring has a large material area between the materials and has a long acting time. Under the condition of the same wrap angle, the contact area is large and the crushing performance is good.
ZLP crusher is easy to maintain and overhaul. The front upper cover, the rear baffle and the rear upper cover of ZLP crusher can be easily removed. The rotor can be lifted out from the front and the crushing plate can be lifted out from the back.
