Product Description
1. Brief
XHT-54 flame detector is an integrated structure between detector and probe, and the detection effect is stable and reliable.

5. Installation and use
5.1. Conduct electrical connection of detector aviation plug as shown in Figure 3.

5.2. Insert the probe into the connecting pipe or installation conduit, and ensure that the detector head position does not exceed the burner nozzle, and the nozzle is about 30 cm to 40 cm in indented, and then fix the probe with the screw on the flange. Connect the cooling air duct to the probe.
5.3. Power on
Connect DC12V power supply. If the burner is running, the detector will output flame switch signal and 4-20mA analog signal.
Note: before starting the furnace, the probe must be provided with cooling and purging air which meets the technical requirements of the device; After the furnace is stopped, the cooling air system shall be stopped after the furnace temperature drops to normal temperature to avoid damaging the probe at high temperature.
