YG series impeller coal feeder

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

Impeller coal feeder is one of the main equipment in the normal coal ditch of thermal power generation. It can walk along the longitudinal track of the coal ditch, and can also stay at some place to draw coal to the coal conveyor belt quantitatively, evenly and continuously. The machine is suitable for coal, metallurgy, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry and other industries.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The transmission system adopts closed structure.

1.3.2. Within the range of rated output, stepless speed regulation (mainly frequency conversion) can be carried out for impeller coal shifting.

1.3.3. Impeller and traveling crane have their own independent transmission mechanism, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.

1.3.4. The machine can transfer coal in situ or in walking.

1.3.5. Byg series impeller coal feeder can realize the lateral movement of coal shifting mechanism, which is convenient for maintenance. The main reducer and the traveling deceleration motor all adopt hard tooth surface.

In addition to the structural features of qyg, myg and SyG series impeller coal feeders, the QSG series upper drive impeller coal feeder has the features of easy maintenance of main reducer, more reasonable coal hopper layout and less coal leakage due to the upper drive mode adopted by its coal feeding system (i.e. the transmission system is above the impeller claw). Because its impeller adopts hanging type, it is not easy to wind wire rope and other sundries when pulling coal.

1.4. Working principle

The main motor is controlled by electrical appliances, and the impeller and wheel are driven by the main motor and walking motor. It uses the motor to control the stepless speed regulation system of impeller (frequency conversion speed regulation), so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting coal quantity.

1.4.1. Mechanical transmission principle of coal shifting mechanism. The motor drives the main reducer through nylon pin coupling (which is equipped with alarm device), and then drives the impeller to work.

1.4.2. Mechanical transmission principle of traveling mechanism. The asynchronous motor drives the traveling reducer, and then drives the traveling wheel set.

1.4.3. Working principle of impeller swing out mechanism. The electric push rod is used to drive the moving bottom plate, and the coal shifting mechanism installed on it is moved out along the transverse track, so that the impeller and the main reducer are far away from the coal ditch, which is convenient to replace the impeller and overhaul the main reducer.

4. Selection method

The impeller coal feeder can be selected according to the output of coal conveying system in power plant.

 

5. Scope of supply and ordering instructions

5.1. Scope of supply

5.1.1. Complete set of main engine.

5.1.2. Cables, small models and steel wire ropes matching with various series of main engines.

5.1.3. Single machine supporting: ① main motor ② main reducer ③ traveling motor ④ traveling reducer ⑤ electric control.

5.2. Ordering instructions

5.2.1. Indicate the model, material particle size, conveyor belt width, length of coal ditch (cross section of coal ditch is preferred), assembly form (left and right), and power receiving mode.

5.2.2. Qyg, myg and byg series products are used for single side coal ditch, and SyG series products are used for double side coal ditch.

5.2.3. All series of products are equipped with power receiving devices.

5.2.4. The machine can be operated locally or remotely (centralized control), and the remote operation device shall be ordered separately. Also need to undertake the non-standard design of various series of impeller coal feeder, if the user needs to contact the manufacturer.
