1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

C-type rotor tipper is a large-scale automatic unloading equipment used in thermal power plants, ports, metallurgy, coking and other enterprises. It can dump bulk materials loaded in 50-80t gondola trucks. This type of equipment can be matched with shunting equipment to realize controlled operation of vehicles. Meanwhile, it can also be equipped with weighing device to automatically weigh, record and print vehicles.

1.3. Structural characteristics

The car dumper is mainly composed of frame (including C-type end ring, platform, side beam and top beam), hydraulic press device, hydraulic backup device, idler device, guide device, driving device, hydraulic system, etc. the car dumper body adopts the way of vehicle inaction, backup device and press device actively press against the car to lock, reducing the impact and damage to the vehicle, and at the same time, the rotation center and the vehicle The center of gravity deviation is small (no more than 500mm), the turning radius is small and the land occupation is small. The driving power of this machine is low, and it can be equipped with weighing device with high weighing accuracy (static state is not more than 1%, dynamic state is not more than 5%).

1.4. Working principle

After the vehicle enters the dumper platform for positioning, the hydraulic pressing device acts to press the vehicle, and the hydraulic car leaning device of the dumper moves to lean the vehicle. When the car leaning device and the car pressing device are in place and send a signal, the dumper starts to turn to about 160 ° for deceleration braking, the vibrator is put into operation for about 3S, and when the dumper turns back to about 10 ° for deceleration and turns back to the starting position (zero position) at low speed, the car leaning device and the car pressing device Return the vehicle device to the zero position and complete the unloading operation.

4. Selection method

The plane layout of type C dumper is relatively compact. The distance between the center lines of two dumpers (i.e. two heavy-duty open car tracks) is 8.5/11m, which respectively corresponds to the through operation line and the turn back operation line. The heavy-duty open car track center line and the heavy-duty shunter center line can be configured with a distance of 4700mm (with single car dumper) / 5350mm (with double car dumper).
