JSG I primary sodium ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

JSG I primary sodium ion exchanger is a water softening treatment equipment, which can remove calcium and magnesium plasma in water (water hardness is below 100umol / L). It can be used as low-pressure boiler make-up water treatment equipment, and can also be used in other water supply occasions that only require softening.

1.2. Model meaning

                   J SG Ⅰ 200•160

                  J -------- ion exchanger

                  SG------downstream regeneration

                   I-------grade sodium

                   200 -------- equipment diameter (CM)

                   160 -------- resin layer height (mm)

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The upper water inlet device is in the form of domed porous plate.

1.3.2. The regeneration device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.3. The lower outlet device is dome shaped porous plate and quartz sand cushion.

1.3.4. Black epoxy asphalt coating is used for internal surface anti-corrosion of equipment.

The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.6. The valve of the equipment is g41j-6 manual rubber lined diaphragm valve.

1.3.7. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa
