Quartz sand mold forward flow regeneration ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The equipment is used for water purification, and its operation is consistent with the direction of liquid flow through the exchanger during regeneration.

1.2. Model meaning

                    J SL 100•125 A

                   J -- Ion Exchange

                   SL -- downstream regeneration and lining

                   100 -------- equipment diameter (mm)

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The inlet and outlet devices are in the form of domed porous plates.

1.3.2. It is in the form of mother pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.3. The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and water inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.4. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa

1.3.5. The equipment can be equipped with manual rubber lined diaphragm valve and pneumatic rubber lined diaphragm valve.

1.3.6. The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive for anti-corrosion.

4. Ordering instructions

The regeneration liquid of the equipment is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. When the flow rate of regeneration liquid is more than 10m / h, it should be indicated when ordering.
