Forward flow regeneration double current ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The dual flow ion exchanger filled with weak acid ion exchange resin can be used for alkali reduction and softening treatment of circulating cooling water in power station. It can also be used in series with strong acid hydrogen ion exchanger for chemical desalting water treatment to reduce drug consumption. The dual flow ion exchanger has good effect on reducing the hardness of carbonate in treated water, and has the advantages of large output and low acid consumption.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The upper and lower water inlet devices are in the form of domed porous plates, and the lower part is also added with quartz sand cushion.

1.3.2. The water outlet device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.3. The regeneration liquid distribution device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.4. The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.5. The pressure rating of all interface flanges of the equipment is PN1.0MPa

The equipment can be equipped with manual rubber lined diaphragm valve and pneumatic rubber lined diaphragm valve.

1.3.7. The inner surface of the equipment is rubber lined.
