1. Introduction

1.1 purpose

The metering box is used for the measurement of general liquid medicine. The lining measuring tank can be used for the solution with corrosion to metal, and the unlined measuring tank can be used for the liquid medicine without corrosion of metal (such as caustic soda).

1.3 structural features

1.3.1 for the lining metering box, the structure adopts type I; for the unlined metering box, when its diameter is greater than 1000, the structure adopts type II.

1.3.2. the lined metering tank can be used for the measurement of hydrochloric acid, coagulant and salt solution; the unlined metering tank can be used for the measurement of sodium hydroxide, concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphate solution.

1.3.3. if it is used for the measurement of concentrated sulfuric acid, the material of liquid level gauge shall not be PVC.

1.3.4. the pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa.

1.3.5. the interface of liquid level gauge is DN25
