DN3000 Medium pressure high speed mixed ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1 purpose

Medium pressure and high-speed mixed ion exchanger is used in condensate polishing system of power plant. Strong acid cation resin and strong alkali anion resin are installed inside the equipment and mixed evenly, which can effectively remove trace dissolved substances and solid particles in condensate.

1.3 structural features

1.3.1. The water inlet device is in the form of multi orifice plate water cap

1.3.2. The water outlet device is in the form of spherical porous water cap

1.3.3. The inner surface of the equipment is lined with rubber for anti-corrosion.
