Pulverized coal exhausting centrifugal fan

key word:Heat exchange element

Category:

Product description

Pulverized coal exhausting centrifugal fan

1. Introduction

1.1. Application

1.1.1. It is suitable for pulverized coal conveying system of thermal power station boiler, and the conveying medium is air containing pulverized coal; in addition, it is also suitable for ventilation system of mine, metallurgy and other industries.

1.1.2. When it is used for pulverized coal exhausting fan, the inlet temperature is generally about 70℃, and the allowable maximum inlet temperature is 150℃. According to the provisions of D /T 486-2004 "Guide for Selection and Sse of Fans for Power Plant Boilers", the pulverized coal content in the air entering the fan shall not exceed 80 g/m3, and the service life of the impeller shall not be less than 8000h; for the negative pressure direct blowing pulverizing system, it shall be 300~ 800  g/m3, impeller life not less than 4000h.

1.2. Model meaning

M 5-29 -11 No21 D

M -- Code of powder discharge fan

5-29-5 is the reduced integer of the total pressure coefficient multiplied by 10 at the highest efficiency; 29 is the specific speed value at the highest efficiency of single suction fan (existing series 5-29, 5-36, 5-41, 6-35, etc.)

11 -- Design serial number

No21 -- fan number, i.e. impeller diameter (dm)

D --- D is the cantilever support coupling transmission mode, F is the double support coupling transmission mode

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The fan is generally one-sided suction, which is mainly composed of impeller, casing, collector and transmission part, and rarely adopts intake box, guide regulator and F-type double support transmission mode; the impeller is welded with Mn alloy steel plate, special impeller is made of high-strength alloy steel plate, and the casing is welded by common structural steel plate and regional wear-resistant lining plate, so as to improve service life.

1.3.2. The impeller adopts backward plate blade, which is safe and wear-resistant.

1.3.3. The casing is of split structure, which is convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance. A manhole is set in the middle to facilitate the inspection and cleaning.

1.3.4. The bearing pedestal is equipped with circulating cooling channel, which is cooled by industrial circulating water. The water pressure is 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa, and the water volume is 0.5 ~ 1.0t/h; the bearing pedestal is also equipped with bimetal thermometer and remote platinum thermal resistance temperature sensing element.

1.3.5. The dynamic balance and overspeed test shall be conducted before the impeller leaves the factory.

1.4. Working principle

Start the motor and drive the impeller to rotate through the coupling to do work. The gas flows through the impeller blade to obtain energy, that is, the static pressure increases and the kinetic energy increases. After being guided and diffused by the casing, part of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy for the system to transport pulverized coal.

1.5. Product series

The impeller diameter of the powder exhausting fan is 1.6-3m. The manufacturer can select the model and machine number matching with the system working condition characteristics according to the parameters provided by the user.

2. Main technical parameters

The user shall provide the following technical parameters:

2.1. Unit capacity.

2.2. Type of fan application.

2.3. Local atmospheric pressure (Pa).

2.4. Local altitude (m).

2.5. Fan operating parameters under various working conditions:

2.5.1. Boiler load (%).

2.5.2. Mass flow rate (kg/s).

2.5.3. Standard flow rate (m3/s).

2.5.4. Fan inlet flow (m3/s).

2.5.5. Fan inlet temperature (℃).

2.5.6. Fan outlet temperature (℃).

2.5.7. Standard density of state (kg/m3).

2.5.8. Fan inlet density (kg/m3)

2.5.9. Static pressure at fan inlet (Pa).

2.5.10. Static pressure rise (Pa).

2.5.11. Muffler loss (Pa).

2.5.12. Total pressure rise (Pa).

2.6. Motor requirements and power supply voltage.

3. Equipment appearance and structure

The structure of single suction centrifugal powder exhausting fan is shown in Fig. 15-1.

4. Selection method

The manufacturer can select the type of microcomputer according to the parameters provided by the user and according to the specifications, or the following simplified formula chart method can be used for rough selection:

4.1. Convert the parameters provided by users to standard inlet conditions. The standard inlet condition of forced draft fan is: atmospheric pressure pa = 101325 Pa, inlet air temperature is 70 ℃, gas density is 1.025 kg/m3, conversion formula is

Full pressure

Flow                      q0 = q (m3/h)

Where       p0, q0, ρ0, t0 -- pressure, flow rate, density and temperature under standard inlet conditions;

p, q, ρ, t ----- pressure, flow rate, density and temperature of the fan under service conditions;

pa standard atmospheric pressure;

pb local atmospheric pressure.

4.2. Calculate the specific speed. The calculation formulas of specific speed are as follows

4.3 according to the specific speed value, select the similar series of fans, and calculate the fan model meeting the required flow and pressure conditions.

5. Scope of supply

5.1. Scope of complete set of supply included in the price of each fan

5.1.1. Fan body (including impeller rotor, bearing pedestal, casing and collector).

5.1.2. Coupling and guard 1 set.
