1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

2SA3 series multi rotary electric actuator is used to control gate valve, globe valve, throttle valve and diaphragm valve.

1.2.1. Selection of actuator series (code point 5).

0: S series, switch type, i.e. 2SA30 series electric actuator, is used for open-loop control system. The motor standard is S2, 15min (short time intermittent working system);

5: R series, regulation system, i.e. 2SA30 series electric actuator, is used for closed control system. The motor standard is S4 or S5 (intermittent working system), the minimum load sustained rate is 10%, and the maximum working times is 1200 times / h.

9: According to DIN3210 or other non-standard special connection forms.

DIN3210 is connected in five forms (see table 57-10). Optional code (- H10A, - H2A, - H3A, - H4A, - H5A) can be added after 16 bit code. Optional code Y04 is required for other non-standard special connection forms.

1.2.4. Output shaft speed (code position 9)

B:5r/min; H:40r/min; C:7r/min; J: 56r/min; D:10r/min; K:80r/min; E:14r/ min: L :112r/min; F: 20r/min;M: 160r/min;G:28r/min。

There is no speed above 56 r/min in 2SA304; there is no speed above 14r/min and 112r/min in the second output torque of S series; there is no speed above 40r/min in 2SA3042; the maximum speed of R series is 40r/min.

1.2.5. Motor (code position 10)

A: No mechanical brake; 380V, 50Hz.

1.2.6. Thermal code (code position 11).

0: thermal control switch (R series has no choice); 1: PTC thermistor.

1.2.7. Stem protection sleeve (code position 12)

0: no protective cover; 1: with protective cover; 9: special protective cover (in two forms, optional code - M1A, - M2A can be added after 16 bit code)

1.2.8. Power control module (code point 13)

0: no power control module;

1: Sn control module (non intrusive, 2SA35 Series);

6: Sn control module (non intrusive, 2SA30 Series);

9: With other power control modules. Other power control modules can add LKO, - MKO, - MUO, - MDO after 16 bit code.

1.2.9. Signal component (code position 14)

0: noninvasive (when the 13th digit is 1 or 6);

A: No mechanical position indicator, no signal gear assembly:

B: Without mechanical position indicator, the potentiometer RP is 100 Ω (without power control module);

C: No mechanical position indicator, electronic position transmitter (ESR) two-wire;

H4A: special connection type according to DIN3210 standard, D-type additional shaft with keyway;

H5A: special connection form according to DIN3210 standard, B3 type hollow shaft with keyway (Non rising stem valve);

MUO: integrated with digital power control module (R Series);

MDO: integrated with digital single-phase power control module;

1.3. Structural features

2SA3 series multi rotation electric actuator consists of six parts, namely special motor, worm gear reducer with hand wheel, hand electric switching mechanism, switch and signal part, electric actuator connection part and electrical part. According to the user's requirements, it can be equipped with the corresponding control module, or the non-invasive electric actuator with built-in control module can be selected.

The motor motion is transmitted to the output shaft after the worm gear pair decelerates to form the multi rotation motion of the output shaft, and then the multi rotation motion of the output shaft is transmitted to the switch and signal part after the spiral gear pair decelerates; At the same time, due to the influence of reaction force, the worm moves axially while rotating, and the torque signal is transmitted to the switch and signal part through the crank, and the valve position and torque signal are output by the switch and signal part.
