1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

2SAR series valve electric device is a device to control the final control element (valve) in the closed-loop control system.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. Structure description. As shown in figure 70-1, 2SAR series electric device sends out automatic adjustment signal (4 ~ 20mA) from external regulator or DCS system, and its input position setting value is compared with actual position after A / D conversion to generate driving signal, so as to carry out automatic adjustment accurately.

The 2SAR series electric device directly drives the worm gear pair by the motor, and then drives the output shaft to drive the valve stem. The control principle is shown in figure 70-2.

2SAR series electric device consists of four main parts: drive motor, worm gear (worm) main drive part with hand wheel, switch and signal part, electric actuator connection part.

1.3.2. Characteristics description:

1.3.2.1. Adopting foreign advanced technology, advanced design and complete series, it can fully meet the requirements of automation control in power station, petrochemical, metallurgy and other industries.

1.3.2.2. Reasonable structure, convenient adjustment and high control accuracy (stroke accuracy ≤ 0.5%, torque accuracy ≤ 10%)

1.3.2.3. It can provide more than two midway signals.

1.3.2.4. It is dustproof and waterproof, and the protection grade is IP67

1.3.2.5. Arbitrary switching between near control and remote control.

1.3.2.6. It has fault diagnosis function.

Working mode: S4 or S5 periodic intermittent working mode, the maximum allowable working times is 1200 times / h, and the minimum load duration rate is 10%;

Valve position signal: 4 ~ 20mA;

3. Selection method

The output torque value is calculated according to the condition of valve and field matching, and then the matching electric device is selected through the performance parameter table of electric device. See table 69-6 and table 69-7 for supporting conditions

When ordering, it should be selected according to the actual working conditions, mainly including the following parameters:

3.1. Electric device series.

3.2. Rated torque.

3.3. Output connection form.

3.4. Output speed.

3.5. Other technical parameters (such as thrust type, etc.).
