Product description

FB-510 is a high efficient liquid scale inhibitor, which can effectively prevent the appearance of inorganic salt scale on membrane components. According to different water quality and working conditions, the main agent ratio and production process will be adjusted. It is especially suitable for the sewage system with high organic matter and high COD content. The scale inhibitor can prolong the service life of the system, and has been widely used in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems.

 

1. Product performance:

1.1. It can effectively prevent the formation of inorganic scale such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, barium sulfate and strontium sulfate.

1.2. not affected by chlorine or other oxidizing bactericides.

1.3. Hydrolysis is stable and does not form insoluble inorganic salts.

1.4. It can be used in the reverse osmosis system for the production of drinking water and suitable for various types of reverse osmosis membrane.

3. Application Description:

In order to achieve the best scale inhibition and dispersion performance, it is suggested that the dosing point should be set before the mixer or security filter.

FB-510 is an acid substance, which is corrosive to the equipment. Therefore, the dosing equipment used must be corroded and suitable materials such as 316L high-purity steel, or GRP, PVC and PE plastics.

FB-510 and water can be mutually soluble in any proportion. The dosage is determined according to the quality of make-up water, generally 2.5-6ppm. According to the different water quality, the accurate dosage is calculated by dosing software or provided by professional engineer.

 

4. Packaging and storage:

The product is packed in 25kg or 225kg plastic barrels. The recommended storage period is three years.
