Product description

1. Brief:

The hydrogen humidity on-line detection device is equipped with a humidity transmitter at the inlet and outlet of the generator hydrogen dryer, so as to monitor the hydrogen humidity in the generator on-line. The intelligent hydrogen hygrometer uses the principle of electrolysis method to make an electrolytic cell with a special metal. When the analyzed sample gas enters the electrolytic cell, the water in the sample is absorbed by the phosphorus pentoxide in the electrolytic cell. The electrode of the electrolytic cell is equipped with DC voltage, and the water is electrolyzed into hydrogen gas and oxygen, which are discharged with the sample gas, The amount of electricity consumed by the electrolytic cell is proportional to the moisture in the sample. The amount of moisture in the sample gas is indicated by analog-to-digital conversion.

 

2. Model information

HMT-364E intrinsically safe temperature and humidity meter adopts the high performance of Vaisala (Vaisala) of Finland, which is used to measure the hydrogen humidity of hydrogen cooled generator set. It is an EX class instrument that can simultaneously measure the dew point temperature (Td) and temperature (T) in dangerous areas.
