1. Product introduction

FJR-ⅡA type generator insulation overheat monitor, FJR-ⅡA type device online detection need to connect the cooling gas pipeline, connect the pipeline and the generator body to form a closed cycle system. Under the pressure of the generator fan, the cooling gas in the generator flows through the inside of the device. The cooling gas medium is bombarded by a-rays in the ion chamber, which ionizes the cooling gas medium and produces positive and negative ion pairs. Under the action of the DC electric field, an extremely weak ionization current is formed. The ionization current is amplified by the amplifier and sent to the ammeter for display. If there is local overheating in the insulation of generator components during operation, the overheated insulation material will decompose and produce condensation core, which will enter the device with the air flow. Because the condensing nucleus is much larger and heavier than the gas medium molecules, the negative ions attach to the condensing nucleus, and the running speed of the negative ions is blocked, so that the ionization current is greatly reduced. When the current drops to a certain setting value, it represents the occurrence and existence of early insulation fault, and the device sends out an alarm signal in time. In order to prevent the oil or water in the gas path from entering the FJR-ⅡA device and affecting the normal operation of the device, the UB device is installed on the gas inlet and outlet pipelines on both sides of the FJR-ⅡA device, which can effectively prevent the oil leakage of the generator or the oil-water liquid from entering the device.

3. Fault alarm judgment and treatment:

3.1. When the device gives an alarm, the operator shall inform the special person to find out the cause.

3.2. The operator shall observe the change of operation parameters of the generator, pay special attention to the hydrogen humidity detection, whether the hydrogen pressure difference cycle is normal, whether the wind temperature changes and whether the generator body is abnormal.

3.3. Check the operation condition of FJR - ⅡA device and check whether the current indication of the device drops.

If the current decreases, check whether there is oil in the pipeline of the device; Whether the air flow is reduced. Check whether the UB is closed.

3.4. If the gas flow is normal, the value changes little during the operation, and the current really decreases, timely check whether the generator insulation is abnormal and whether the device itself has defects.

3.5. After the generator insulation overheat fault alarm is determined, the sampling work shall be carried out. The sampling steps are: disconnect the power supply; Close the hydrogen pipeline valve: remove the "sampling pipe" from the chassis and replace it with a spare sampling pipe; Then, the running state is restored. To resume the operation procedure of the device, refer to the commissioning procedure in the manual.

3.6. Conduct chromatographic analysis on the fault sampling tube immediately to provide scientific basis for generator fault analysis.
