1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
The moving platform is one of the shunting equipment in the operation line of the reentry dumper. The empty wagon will be transported from the heavy line to the empty line.

1.3. Structural characteristics
The moving platform is mainly composed of frame, driving device, traveling wheel device, positioning device, wheel clamping device, etc. the driving device drives the pin gear through the synchronous shaft to engage with the ground pin gear, or directly drives two traveling wheels, so as to make the moving platform move stably and accurately to the rail through the AC variable frequency stepless speed regulation, The wheel clamping device installed on the frame can effectively prevent the vehicle from sliding when the moving platform is running.

According to the different transmission modes, the product has two forms, qcc1-11 and qcm1-11.

4. Selection method
According to the form of the dumper body, determine the form of the moving platform to be matched, determine the distance between the heavy car line and the empty car line by the comprehensive layout, and determine the travel of the moving platform. Generally, the single car dumper turnaround line can be 11m, and the double car dumper turnaround line can be 13m
