Pin Tooth Transfer Platform
1.Purpose
The transfer platform is used in the unloading line of the dumper to move the vehicle from the heavy line to the empty line instead of the reverse hump reversing equipment.
The moving platform can move left (looking in the direction of entering the vehicle, walking left) or right (walking right in the direction of vehicle), both of which have the same technical performance and structural form, only different from the installation position of transmission device and hydraulic station.

3.Structure
The transfer platform is composed of frame, traveling device, transmission device, pin gear system, hydraulic buffer, wheel expander, rolling stop, pin device, cable bracket, etc.
3.1. frame
The frame is the framework of the moving platform, which is used to bear all the weight of the moving platform and assemble other parts. Its main structure is two parallel I-beams, which are supported by steel rails, used for vehicle access and parking, in which there are transverse I-beams and ribs to increase its strength.
3.2. Wheel expander
The utility model can prevent the vehicle from moving forward and backward on the moving platform and play a role of safety protection.
3.3. Bolt device
The bolt device is used for positioning the transfer platform. When the empty car shunter pushes the empty car, it will impact the car body of the moving platform. The latch device helps to prevent the car from falling off the track.
3.4. Hydraulic buffer, polyurethane buffer
There are two hydraulic buffers in the positioning device and four polyurethane buffers in the frame for positioning when the transfer platform moves to the ultimate position.
3.5. Walking device
The traveling device is installed on both sides of the frame through the angle bearing seat, with a total of four pieces, and the load moving platform can walk on the embedded steel plate.
3.6. Rolling stop
The rolling stop consists of bearing seat, shaft and roller, four pieces in total, which are installed at both ends of the frame. There is a certain gap between the roller and the embedded steel plate on the foundation at both ends of the platform pit. When the moving platform moves, the rolling stop prevents the moving cooperation from moving longitudinally.
3.7. Transmission device
The transmission device is composed of motor, reducer, brake, transmission shaft, gear, pin gear system, etc. it is driven by the motor. Through the engagement of gear and pin gear, it can achieve the purpose of moving the platform to and fro.
3.8. Cable support
The cable bracket is composed of a bracket and a cable trolley, which is used for the sliding of the motor cable of the walking device.
3.9. Groud safety stop
The ground safety stop is composed of brake shoes, springs and push rods. It is installed in the transition section between the transfer platform and the dumper. In order to prevent the accident caused by the malfunction of the dumper when the transfer platform is not reset. When the moving platform is aligned with the rail of the heavy vehicle line, the inclined block iron welded on the moving platform pushes the lever and compresses the spring to make the brake shoe leave the rail surface. The unloaded vehicle on the dumper passes through the moving platform safely. When the moving platform leaves the heavy vehicle line, the ground safety stop relies on the spring to make the brake shoe reset and prevent the vehicle from completing one operation.

5. Installation instructions
The transfer platform system is shipped in frame, pin gear system, cable support and other parts. Other parts shall be packed and shipped.
5.1. Preliminary preparation:
First, check whether all parts shipped are in good condition according to the supply list, without omission. If there is damage to parts, all embedded parts shall be repaired and checked for firmness.
5.2. Installation procedure:
Lift the transfer platform into the track and place it in place, then assemble the transfer part, adjust the secondary grouting, and finally install the cable support. The walking support shall be positioned and welded on the transfer platform according to the actual situation.
After installation, check whether the components are normal (whether the two-way positioner is properly adjusted, the ground safety stop and the engagement of the gear and the pin teeth, etc.), make the rotating parts in good condition, and then power on the test run.
6. Instructions for use
The moving platform is suitable for single empty line and double empty line. It can be used for loading empty car and accident heavy car. It is generally used together with empty car shunter.
The relocation platform relies on the motor frequency conversion speed regulation to slow down the positioning. When the relocation platform moves in place, it collides with the buffer and dies. At this time, the rail on the relocation platform is aligned with the ground rail, the motor is delayed to power off, the brake is braked, and then the empty car shunter pushes the vehicle out of the relocation platform.
7. Maintenance
7.1. The last wheel set of the vehicle (according to the forward direction) must leave the moving platform when the moving platform leaves the empty line.
7.2. When the vehicle enters the moving platform and contacts the positioning device, the speed must be less than 0.65m/s.
Sufficient lubricating oil or grease shall be injected into the reducer, coupling, bearing and other places to be lubricated as required.
