1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

It is mainly used in coal mill and coal mill.

1.2. Model meaning

MPS **** HP - Ⅱ

M -- coal mill

P --- the roller is of pendulum structure

HP --- hydraulic loading

1.3. Structural features

The structure of MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed pulverizer is shown in Figure 20-1. MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed coal mill is a roller mill, belonging to the category of external force type coal mill. Its grinding principle is exactly the same as that of traditional wheel mill. Three large grinding wheels are evenly distributed on the circumference of the grinding plate, and the relative positions between the three grinding wheels are fixed, and the grinding mixture is driven by the rotating disc and rolls on the grinding plate. The grinding pressure is transmitted from the outside, and the loading pressure can be adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom, and the pressure is directly transmitted to the coal mill foundation through the disc support and reducer.

1.4. Working principle

The working principle of MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed pulverizer is shown in Figure 20-2

The pulverizer must finish the following three coal grinding processes:

1.4.1. Rolling materials. The main motor of the coal mill drives the reducer to drive the disc to rotate. The three grinding rollers on the grinding plate rotate under the driving of the grinding plate. The raw coal falling from the coal dropping pipe is distributed on the grinding plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the raw coal on the grinding plate passes through the grinding area formed by the grinding rod and the grinding plate. Under the action of the loading device, the raw coal passing through the grinding area is rolled, and the large particles are crushed The sliding friction force generated by the relative movement of roller and grinding plate realizes the crushing of small particle coal. In the process of grinding, the roller can rotate, move up and down and swing, which is the unique grinding mechanism of MPS coal mill - rolling materials

1.4.2. Drying materials. After the raw coal passes through the grinding area, the primary hot air of desiccant (generally below 400 ℃) enters the grinding area at the speed of 70-90m/s in the nozzle ring around the grinding plate to dry the pulverized coal and remove the moisture in the raw coal to meet the specified requirements. At the same time, the larger materials can be blown back to the grinding plate for further grinding. The impurities in coal, i.e. stone coal, iron block, stone, wood block and other objects that can not be grinded, will be thrown to the nozzle by centrifugal force. Since the dead weight cannot be blown and transported, it will fall into the primary air chamber and sent to the slag discharge box through the scraper, which will be removed by manual or automatic equipment and discharged out of the mill.

1.4.3. Separation of coarse powder. The pulverized coal after grinding is transported to the separator by primary hot air for separation, and the qualified pulverized coal will be output to the pulverizer (for direct fired pulverizing system, it will be sent to the boiler burner for direct combustion; for the intermediate storage type pulverizing system, it will be sent to the powder bunker for use), and the unqualified coarse pulverized coal will be returned to the grinding plate through the pulverized coal return device for re grinding.

1.5. Technical level

MPS-HP-Ⅱ This series of products absorb the advantages of other medium speed mills, and retain the characteristics of MPS mills. Especially by using the advanced hydraulic variable load reaction force control system, the milling pressure (from 350 kN/m2 to 750kN/m2) and the speed of the mill are increased(The performance of the mill is superior, the structure is more reasonable and the control is more effective.)

 

2. Main technical parameters

The performance characteristics of MPS-HP-Ⅱ coal mill are as follows

2.1. The working efficiency is higher. Compared with the old MPs coal mill of the same size, the output is increased by 20% ~ 50%, thus reducing the steel consumption and power consumption of the equipment.

2.2. The effect of low power consumption, especially under low load operation, is more significant.

2.3. The new hydraulic reaction force control system can effectively avoid the vibration of the coal mill in the operation process, and reduce the mass ratio of the coal mill foundation to the body from 5:1 to 3:1, thus saving part of the infrastructure cost.

2.4. The height of the coal mill is reduced, the floor area is small, and it is easy to be arranged in the boiler room, so as to save the capital construction cost of the boiler plant

2.5. Reasonable structure, low cost of operating spare parts and low labor intensity of maintenance.

2.6. High level of automation control, wide range of output adjustment, as low as 15% of rated load; rapid response to steel furnace load changes, and strong ability to adapt to peak load regulation requirements of power station.

2.7. According to the different operating load and coal quality, the hydraulic loading control system can generate the best grinding force

2.8. High level of explosion-proof control ensures safe operation.

2.9. The pulverizer can clean and sweep automatically.

2.10. MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed pulverizer can start without load.

 

3. Equipment appearance

The outline of MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed pulverizer is shown in Figure 20-3.

4. Selection method

The MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed pulverizer is selected by computer. At the same time, the mill model can be selected by calculating different output coefficients. If users want to use MPS-HP-Ⅱ medium speed mill, they should provide the following data:

4.1. Coal quality data

The user shall provide the coal quality data of design coal type and check coal type, including:

4.1.1. Industry and element analysis:

4.1.1.1. Total moisture Mt (%).

4.1.1.2. The moisture on air drying basis was Mad (%).

4.1.1.3. As received ash content Aar (%).

4.1.1.4. Dry ash free volatile matter Vdaf(%).

4.1.1.5. As received carbon Car (%)

4.1.1.6. As received hydrogen, Har (%).

4.1.1.7.As received oxygon Oar (%).

4.1.1.8. As received base nitrogen,  Nar (%).

4.1.1.9. As received basis total sulfur St, ar (%).

5. Scope of supply and ordering instructions

5.1. Scope of supply

From the upper part of the pulverizer to the outlet flange of the separator and distributor, and down to the outlet of the stone coal hopper of the pulverizer, the primary air inlet method (including counter flange). These include:

5.1.1. Coal mill body (including separator, distributor and row coal hopper)

5.1.2. Gear reducer.

5.1.3. Lubrication and cooling device.

5.1.4. Lubricate the cooling pipeline.

5.1.5. Seal the air pipeline.

5.1.6. Coupling device and protective cover.
