Tipper/Dumper operation line

 

The dumper operation line is mainly composed of the dumper body, shunting equipment and safety auxiliary equipment. In the operation area, the operation line can complete the transfer in of heavy-duty gondolas, the unloading of bulk materials and the transfer and assembly of no-load gondolas by itself. The whole operation line can be arranged as turn back type or through type according to the way of shunting equipment composition (see the introduction of turn back operation line and through operation line for details).

 

The operation and control mode of the tippler operation line equipment are divided into local manual, centralized manual and PLC program control. According to the needs of users, it can also be configured with video dynamic screen display and fault self diagnosis system.

 

The system working efficiency of dumper operation line can reach 20-30 cycles / h, corresponding to different dumper bodies can reach 20-30 (with single car dumper body) or 40-60 (with double car dumper body) railway gondolas.

 

 

1. Introduction to the operation line of the turn back dumper

 

The tipping capacity of the single turn back dumper line is 20-25 cycles / h, and that of the double turn back dumper line is 16-20 cycles / h. the unloading line can realize single machine local operation, single machine automatic operation, and automatic operation of the whole line, with the features of safe and reliable operation, simple operation, high degree of automation, and avoiding side beam damage.

 

1.1. Equipment composition

The operation line is composed of dumper body, turn back shunting system, safety auxiliary equipment, etc.

Turn back shunting system is composed of heavy car shunting machine, empty car shunting machine, transfer platform, etc.

Safety auxiliary equipment includes stop, wheel clamp, etc.

 

1.2. Operation procedure

In order to facilitate the description of the procedure of a working cycle of the dumper operation line, taking the dumper body of a single car as an example, the empty gondola car parked in the dumper body after dumping in the previous working cycle is numbered as No. 1 car, the heavy-duty gondola car to be unloaded is numbered as No. 2 car, and the heavy-duty gondola car coupled with No. 2 car is numbered as No. 3 car. The operation procedure is as follows:

1.2.1. The boom of the heavy car shunter falls down, and then moves backward at a low speed to be coupled with car 2 (the wheel set on the front bogie of car 2 is clamped by the wheel clamp).

1.2.2. The heavy car shunter pulls the train train forward at a medium speed, so that the coupler between No. 2 and No. 3 vehicles is at the designated uncoupling position (the upper wheel group of the front bogie of No. 3 vehicle is at the position of the wheel gripper).

1.2.3. The operator uncouples the coupler between No. 2 and No. 3 vehicles (the wheel clamp clamps the wheel set on the front bogie of No. 3 vehicle).

1.2.4. The heavy car shunter pulls the No. 2 car to position on the dumper and is coupled with the No. 1 car.

1.2.5. Automatic uncoupling of heavy car shunter and No.2 car.

1.2.6. The heavy car shunter pushes the No. 1 car to position on the moving platform.

1.2.7. Automatic uncoupling of heavy car shunter and 1 car.

1.2.8. The heavy car shunter shall back a certain safety distance.

1.2.9. The moving platform moves towards the empty car line and aligns with the empty car line.

1.2.10. At the same time, the dumper body shall be turned over and unloaded, and turned back to the zero position.

1.2.11. The boom of heavy car shunter is raised and returns at high speed.

1.2.12. The empty shunter then pushes the empty gondola out of the transfer platform and stops outside the stop.

1.2.13. The moving platform moves towards the heavy vehicle line and aligns with the heavy vehicle line.

1.2.14. The empty shunter returns to its original position.

At this point, the next working cycle will be started after the completion of one working cycle until the unloading of the whole heavy-duty gondola car is completed

 

 

2. Introduction to the operation line of through car dumper

 

The tipping capacity of the operating line of the through double single car dumper is 25-30 cycles / h, and that of the through single car dumper is 20-25 cycles / h. the unloading line can realize the local operation of the single machine, the automatic operation of the single machine, and the full-automatic operation. It has the characteristics of safe operation, simple operation, high degree of automation and avoiding the damage of the side beam.

 

2.1. Equipment composition

The operation line is composed of dumper, through shunting system and safety auxiliary equipment.

Through shunting system is composed of heavy car shunter, etc.

Safety auxiliary equipment is similar to turnback system.

 

2.2. Operation procedure

2.2.9. At the same time, the vehicle body shall be turned over and unloaded, and turned back to the zero position.

2.2.10. The boom of heavy car shunter is raised and returns at high speed.

At this point, one working cycle is completed, and the next working cycle is entered until the unloading of the whole heavy-duty gondola car is completed.
