1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

C-type rotor double wagons dumper is used in large-scale automatic unloading equipment of thermal power plants, ports, metallurgy, coking and other enterprises. It can dump bulk materials loaded in 60-70t gondolas. This type of equipment can be matched with heavy car shunter to realize controlled operation of vehicles. Compared with single car dumper, double car dumper is more efficient and can meet the increasing market demand for raw materials in large capacity thermal power plants and large-scale steel plants

1.3. Structural characteristics

The C-type double car dumper can dump two vehicles at the same time, and the vehicle can take off the hook from the inlet side and the outlet side.

The rotor tipper is mainly composed of frame (including C-end plate, supporting beam, supporting beam and small longitudinal beam), hydraulic clamping device, hydraulic vibration device, supporting roller device, material guide device, driving device, hydraulic system, etc. This type of car dumper adopts the methods of vehicle immobility, moving and locking, which reduces the impact and damage to the vehicle. During the turning process of the dumper, it is not allowed to loosen the clamping device against the vehicle, which has the function of detection and alarm, and also has the measures to protect the vehicle (such as releasing the spring and other protective measures). The size of the end plate of the f21-200 double car dumper is large, allowing the locomotive to pass through; the f22-200 double car dumper adopts two-point support; the f23-200 double car dumper adopts the structure of non rigid connection of the two single car dumpers, and the action of the dumper is controlled by two sets of electronic synchronous driving devices by manipulating the driving gear and the rack installed around the end frame of the dumper. In comparison, the technology of three pivot tipper is more mature, the structure is light, the fabrication is simple, the structural strength and rigidity are higher, the end plate rotation is half light and small, which makes the investment of foundation and workshop smaller, the coal feeder that needs to be equipped is reduced, and the coal deposit is less.

1.4. Working principle

When the turning cycle starts, lean against the car plate to the side column of the car, the car dumper starts to rotate at a low speed, and at the same time, press the car beam downward to the top of the car. When turning to 15 °, the speed of the dumper reaches full speed, and then it rotates to 145 ° at high speed, and then the dumper starts to slow down and stop within 15 °. The tipper will then accelerate to its maximum speed in the direction of return. When it reaches 15 ° from the horizontal position, the pressing beam starts to rise, and when the dumper is turned to the horizontal position, it will return to the zero position by leaning against the car plate to leave the car, and the pressing beam will also reach the zero position at the same time to complete the unloading operation.

4. Selection method

FZ21-200 type rotary car dumper allows the locomotive to pass through; FZ22-200 type car dumper has loose layout, the distance between the two car dumper center lines (i.e. heavy vehicle track center lines) is 13-14m, which can be arranged as through type or turn back type, and the heavy vehicle shunter with the distance between the heavy vehicle track center line and the heavy vehicle shunter center line of 5350mm can be configured; The plane layout of FZ23-200 car dumper is compact. The distance between the center lines of two car dumpers (i.e. the center lines of heavy vehicle tracks) is about 11m. It can be arranged as through type or turn back type. It can be equipped with heavy vehicle shunters with the distance between the center lines of heavy vehicle tracks and heavy vehicle shunters of 4800mm or 5050mm.
