GYSA Three layer filter 

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

Three layer filter media generally adopt three kinds of filter materials with different density and particle size, and the particle size gradually decreases from top to bottom. By using the principle of deep filtration, the pollutant interception capacity of the filter is increased, and the filtration velocity can be increased on the premise of ensuring the quality of effluent water.

1.2. Model meaning

             G --- filtration

              Y ------ pressure type

             SA -------- three layer filter material

             250--- equipment diameter 250 cm

             90 -------- height of packing layer (mm)

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The upper water inlet device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe,

1.3.2. The lower outlet water is domed porous plate and cushion.

1.3.3 black epoxy asphalt paint shall be used for anti-corrosion of internal surface of equipment.

The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.5. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa

1.3.6. The model of air pipe valve is j41t-16, and the model of other valves is z44t-10
