JSG Ⅱ secondary sodium ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

After the secondary sodium ion exchanger, when

JSG Ⅱ type secondary sodium ion exchanger is a kind of equipment for deep water softening treatment. After the primary sodium ion exchanger is exchanged, when the effluent hardness of the primary sodium ion exchanger is 1000 umol / L, the effluent hardness can be less than 2.5 umol / L after being exchanged by the secondary sodium ion exchanger

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The upper water inlet device is in the form of simple porous pipe, and that of the upper water inlet device is in the form of simple porous pipe, and that of DN 1800-dn2500 is in the form of cross porous pipe.

1.3.2. The regeneration device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.3. The lower water outlet device is in the form of multi orifice plate water cap.

1.3.4. Black epoxy asphalt paint shall be used for anti-corrosion of internal surface of equipment.

The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.6. The valve of the equipment is G41J-6 manual rubber lined diaphragm valve.

1.3.7. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa.

1.4. Product series
