Quartz sand mold counter current regeneration ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The equipment is used for water purification. During operation and regeneration, the direction of liquid flow through exchange is opposite. The regeneration degree is high, the consumption of regenerant is low, and the quality of effluent is guaranteed. However, the equipment and regeneration operation are more complicated than that of the forward flow regeneration ion exchanger. There are three types of top pressure types: gas top pressure, water top pressure and no top pressure.

1.2. Model meaning

         J NL 100•160 A

         J -- Ion Exchange

         NL -------- countercurrent regeneration and lining

        100 -------- equipment diameter (mm)

        160 -------- resin layer height (mm)

         A-------Quartz sand cushion

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The inlet and outlet devices are dome shaped porous plates.

1.3.2. The regeneration liquid device in the middle is in the form of mother pipe and branch pipe.

The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

1.3.4. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa

1.3.5. The equipment can be equipped with manual rubber lined diaphragm valve and pneumatic rubber lined diaphragm valve.

1.3.6. The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive for anti-corrosion.

4. Ordering instructions

The regeneration liquid of the equipment is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. When the flow rate of regeneration liquid is more than 10m / h, it should be indicated in the order. If users use no top pressure regeneration, please indicate when ordering.
