1. Introduction

1.1. Application 

High speed mixed ion exchanger is used in condensate polishing system. The equipment is equipped with strong acid cation resin and strong alkali anion resin and mixed evenly, which can effectively remove trace dissolved substances in condensate. The conductivity of effluent can be less than 0.1 uS / cm

1.3 structural features

1.3.1. The shape is cylindrical structure.

1.3.2. The water inlet device is divided into two stages

1.3.2.1. Water baffle

1.3.2.2. Sieve plate and water cap type water distribution device with special distribution.

1.3.3. The water outlet device is divided into two stages

1.3.3.1. Disc shaped perforated plate with low resistance double speed water cap

1.3.3.2. Reinforce elliptical head, support ring and anti rotation outflow pipe.

1.3.4. Anticorrosion of equipment lining glue

1.3.5. The equipment uses specially designed porous water distribution structure (patent), appropriate water cushion height and large output diameter column tank, which achieves good operation effect at high flow rate, and meets the operation requirements of large capacity supercritical or supercritical units and large amount of Condensate Fine Treatment in nuclear power field. Due to the stable water distribution effect of the equipment, the disadvantages of unstable water production quality and short operation cycle caused by the technical defects of uneven water distribution will be fundamentally eliminated, and the water vapor quality of the thermal system will enter a virtuous cycle; the increase of the periodic water supply will minimize the number of resin recovery, save the operation cost, water resources and reduce the chemical agent on the environment The pollution caused by the pollution increases the social benefits of energy conservation and emission reduction.
