1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

It is mainly used for boiler flue gas and air duct.

1.2. Model meaning

RCM-D- A-L

RCM: RGM: hot air door; LGM: cold air door

D -------- D is electric; q is pneumatic

A-------- Length of isolated door

L -------- width of isolated door

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. Sealing parts of isolating door. The shaft end seal and frame seal are used to ensure the sealing performance of the isolating valve.

1.3.1. Locking parts. The locking parts can ensure that the sealing materials of the frame work in place, so as to play a good sealing role.

1.3.1. Shaft end cooling and shaft end sealing parts. The shaft end sealing parts can ensure that the positive pressure flue of the damper will not leak out from the shaft end. Generally, the packing seal is adopted, and the gas sealing device can be added if necessary. The shaft end cooling device is used in the pneumatic valve, which can ensure that the piston rod of the cylinder can work in high temperature for a long time without deformation.

1.3.1. Control system. According to the different requirements of the site, the control system of the isolation door can be divided into electric and pneumatic. The structure of electric isolating valve needs worm mechanism, while pneumatic isolating valve only needs long rod connected with cylinder piston rod.

1.4. Product series

Isolation door products are divided into pneumatic valve and electric valve according to the actuator: hot air door and cold air door according to the layout position. Generally, the hot air door can be pneumatic or electric, while the cold air door is mostly electric.

 

2. Main technical parameters

3. Equipment appearance and structural dimensions

4. Selection method

If the user wants to use the hot air isolating door designed by Shanghai power generation equipment design and Research Institute, the following information shall be provided:

4.1. Flue gas flow method

4.2. Quantity of hot air isolating valves for one boiler

4.3. Temperature and pressure of hot air passing through hot air isolation door.

4.4. Allowable pressure loss of hot air isolating valve.

4.5. Maximum allowable air leakage rate.

4.6. Opening and closing time of hot air isolating valve and relevant requirements of control system.

4.7. Control requirements, such as input voltage of electrical control, voltage and protection grade of pneumatic solenoid valve coil.

 

5. Scope of supply and order requirements

5.1. Scope of supply (typical scope, which can be increased or decreased according to user's demand)

The scope of supply includes product design, procurement, manufacturing, factory testing, installation and commissioning drawings, operation and maintenance manuals,

5.1.1. Equipment. The equipment provided includes damper body, supporting pneumatic control cabinet, sealing filler, name plate, standard surface protective paint, special tools, etc.

5.1.2. Connectors. The supplied connecting pieces include the counter flange of the damper body, the metal hose from the control cabinet to the control cylinder (the hard metal pipe is arranged by the power plant itself on site), the connecting line from the limit switch to the control cabinet, etc.

5.2. Specification for isolating doors

5.2.1. Overview. The function of isolating door is to separate all kinds of working medium of flue duct.

5.2.1.1. The supplier shall evaluate the design of various isolation doors and consider the operating conditions and economic factors to select the most suitable model.

5.2.1.2. The supplier shall provide a tender in accordance with the specification and shall include in the tender the information required by the inquiry so that the tender can be correctly evaluated. In addition, the documents required above shall be provided.

5.2.2. Air leakage performance. The isolation door is required to be able to achieve zero leakage under the condition of sealing air system. The supplier shall describe the sealing system in the tender document and provide performance proof materials of air leakage performance.

5.2.3. Equipment maintenance. The design of the isolation door should minimize the need for regular maintenance of the equipment, and explain the recommended overhaul period, spare parts and maintenance time for each overhaul in the first 5-year operation period, the key points and maintenance methods for maintaining the hot air isolating valve.

5.2.4. Reliability. The supplier shall provide the feasibility and reliability description of the isolation valve in the quotation, especially any means to improve the performance parameters of the isolation valve.

5.2.5. Equipment life. The design life of the equipment shall be guaranteed to be at least 15 years. Any parts whose service life is less than 15 years shall be listed and the expected replacement time shall be given.

5.2.6. Mechanical design. Mechanical design specifications mainly include:

5.2.6.1. Materials. The selected materials shall be suitable for the working environment, and the materials of main components shall be listed in the quotation

5.2.6.2. Control instrument. Icons indicating control and instrumentation functions shall be listed in the offer.

5.2.6.3. Standards. The manufacture of isolating doors shall comply with internationally recognized standards. The complete technical specification of the isolation door shall be provided with the quotation.
