1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

Screw air compressor is the main equipment of the air system in the pipe in pipe pneumatic ash conveying system. It is installed in the independent air compressor room and mainly provides conveying air and instrument air for the pipe in pipe pneumatic ash conveying system.

1.2. Structural features

The screw type air compressor adopts the original imported main engine from Europe, with high compression efficiency and good stability; when the rotor is engaged, there is no direct contact between the positive and negative rotors and between the rotor and the casing, and relies on the oil film seal to ensure that the moving parts of the main engine will not be worn and have a long service life. High quality parts purchased from all over the world are supported by precise design and assembly process control to ensure higher reliability of products. The reasonable layout, the least moving parts and the component design concept of man-machine combination make the equipment easy to operate and reduce the operation cost to the minimum.

The whole unit is a fully enclosed structure. The main engine and motor are isolated by vibration damping pad, which has no interference to the surrounding equipment, small vibration and no foundation installation. The air flow inside the machine is analyzed accurately, and the noise source of the unit itself is reduced by using the silencing board reasonably. The design of large channel and large buffer volume is adopted, and the fluency of the air path is considered to reduce the noise of the air flow to the minimum. The sound-absorbing material with excellent sound absorption effect is pasted in the machine panel to reduce the noise.
