1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

Gzj type dry unloading and loading machine is a special equipment for loading and unloading powdery materials from silo and hopper to train tank car, car tank car and sealed cabin ship, which can meet the loading requirements of various vehicles and ships in China. This equipment is equipped with built-in pulse cartridge bag filter. The whole structure is compact, but the dust collecting wind is the largest. There is no dust leakage and no secondary pollution when unloading materials. It is a new environmental protection bulk operation equipment

1.3. Structural features

The dry unloading and loading machine is composed of four parts: rack, telescopic system, transmission device and control system, and a complete unloading and loading system is composed of other corresponding equipment.

1.3.1. The frame includes the frame and the fixed inner cylinder.

1.3.2. The telescopic system consists of inner cylinder components, dust-proof cover, ash discharge port, inner steel wire rope and discharge pipe, which are connected into a whole through steel wire rope and dust-proof cover, thus forming a lifting discharge head.

1.3.3. The transmission device includes reducer, drive motor, outer steel wire rope, steel wire rope disc, bearing and guide wheel assembly, which is the power source for lifting and lowering the discharge head.

1.3.4. The control system includes level meter, upper limit component, limit switch, lower limit component, control cabinet and cable, etc. it is an electromechanical integrated system for dry unloading and loading machine to operate and complete process control.

1.4. Working principle

The lifting and lowering of the dry unloading loader is completed by the transmission device installed on the base. When the cone of the ash discharge port drops to close with the ash receiving port of the transportation equipment, the lower limit component will touch the limit switch to send out a signal to stop the transmission system. At the same time, the pneumatic unloading valve is opened to start loading. The dust at the dust discharge port is filtered by the fan through the dust collector, and the clean air is discharged to the At the same time, the return dust falls into the discharge pipe. When the transportation equipment is fully loaded, the level gauge installed at the discharge port will send a signal in time, and the control system will automatically close the pneumatic unloading valve to stop loading. When the telescopic system rises to a predetermined height, the upper limit assembly will touch the limit switch and send out a signal to stop the transmission system automatically and complete a loading process.
