SJ double shaft humidification mixer

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

SJ series double shaft humidification mixer is an improved double shaft mixer. The shaft end adopts elastic self compensation seal to ensure long service life of bearing. The design of water spray system is more reasonable and has good adjustability. It is used in the humidification transportation of fly ash in thermal power plant or in the humidification system engineering of other industries.

1.2. Structural features

1.2.1. The elastic automatic compensation sealing structure is adopted between the shaft end and the end plate, which solves the problem of ash leakage at the shaft end of the end plate, and ensures that the end plate has no leakage during long-term operation,

1.2.2. The separation of bearing support and side plate completely solves the problem of bearing ash feeding, and the bearing has a long service life,

1.2.3. Unique water spray system. It is easy to adjust the amount of water spray, which makes the mixing more adequate and reasonable.

1.2.4. Synchronous gear is used for transmission between two spiral shafts, which is reliable and easy to run.
