AP Series adjustable blade axial fan

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

With the characteristics of high efficiency and wide adjustment range, AP adjustable axial fan is widely used in 100 ~ 1000MW power plant boiler system at home and abroad, suitable for peak load regulation units, such as forced draft fan, induced draft fan, primary fan and flue gas desulfurization booster fan, etc., and can also be used for ventilation and cooling, exhaust and dust removal in mining, metallurgy, cement and other industries.

1.3. Structural features

The structure of AP Series axial fan with adjustable blades mainly includes four parts: rotor part, stator part, hydraulic servo and oil supply device.

The rotor mainly includes impeller part, main shaft, steel flexible coupling and transmission intermediate shaft. The impeller blade is installed on the petiole shaft in the hub, and the thrust bearing and radial bearing are installed on the petiole shaft to bear the centrifugal force and regulating force of the blade and other parts; the balance weight is fixed on the petiole shaft of large fan to counteract the closing torque of the moving blade when the impeller rotates. The impeller is the most important and complex part of the fan. The surface of the hub is spherical, that is, when the rotor blade is in any position, it can keep the blade root clearance unchanged, and the aerodynamic efficiency is higher than that of the cylindrical hub.

The stator of fan mainly includes inlet box, impeller shell, rear guide vane and diffuser; the impeller shell has the function of supporting main bearing box and impeller part.

The hydraulic servo device is a combination of hydraulic cylinder and servo valve fixed at the back end of impeller hub. The hydraulic cylinder rotates with the impeller, and the pressure oil in the cylinder pushes the piston and crank to realize the adjustment of the moving blade; the valve shell of the servo valve does not rotate with the impeller, but is connected with the oil supply and return pipes and the control rod, which is controlled by an electric actuator fixed on the casing to adjust the angle of the moving blade.

The oil supply device not only provides the pressure oil for controlling the rotating blade angle, but also provides the lubricating oil for the main bearing. The pressure of the two is different: the oil pump and filter are equipped with 100% capacity backup, which can be automatically switched. The oil station is equipped with water cooling and automatic electric heating system to keep the oil temperature within the specified range under various conditions.

AP Series axial fan with adjustable moving blade is relative to similar products. Its regulating oil pressure is lower, so the equipment has the advantages of low leakage, high reliability and long service life.

1.4. Working principle

Start the motor, drive the impeller to rotate and do work through the coupling and the intermediate transmission shaft. The impeller blade rotates around its own axis driven by the crank at the inner end of the petiole shaft, so as to realize the synchronous adjustment of each moving blade. The medium (gas) obtains kinetic energy through the impeller, and then enters the diffuser after being rectified by the rear guide vane. At this time, the flow velocity decreases and most of the kinetic energy is converted into static pressure energy, so it can meet the system requirements. AP fan is widely used in power plant boiler forced draft fan, induced draft fan, primary air fan and desulfurization booster fan.

1.5. Product series

The AP type adjustable blade axial fan contains 23 types of ap13 ~ ap50. Each type of fan can be divided into more than five types with different hub ratios, and each type of fan can be divided into two blade types of high and low pressure. Therefore, it can meet the requirements of various parameters of users, so as to select the fan that best matches the working conditions and characteristics of the system.

3. Equipment appearance and structure

4. Selection method

According to the parameters provided by the user, the manufacturer selects the type of microcomputer according to the specifications.

Figure 9-2 shows the AP fan parameter coverage and selection examples.

The parameters given in the AP fan selection example in Figure 9-2 are as follows:

Flow 240 m3/s

Medium density 1.1 kg/m3

Total pressure rise 40 mbar

The selection (rough) method is as follows: the dashed line is drawn upward at the flow point corresponding to the abscissa in the right figure, and the dotted line is drawn upward at the corresponding density point in the abscissa in the left figure, and the two intersect the 40mbar curve, and then the horizontal dotted line is made from the intersection point to cross the vertical dotted line in the right figure. Finally, the selection result of AP fan is determined by the speed and diameter close to the intersection point, that is, the impeller diameter is 3000mm, The rotational speed is 1000r / min.

 

5. Scope of supply

5.1. Scope of complete set of supply included in the quotation of each fan

5.1.1. Fan body. The fan body includes a rotor part and a stator part. The rotor part includes impeller parts, main bearing assembly, rotor blade adjustment and hydraulic servo device, rigid flexible coupling assembly with intermediate transmission shaft; the stator part includes inlet box, casing, diffuser, intermediate drive shaft and coupling shield.

5.1.2. Two sets of cooling and sealing fans (for high temperature and corrosive media, including one set of air duct, three-way baffle door and muffler).

5.1.3. One set of lubricating oil pipeline and one set of control oil pipeline.

5.1.4. 6 pieces of Pt-100 thermal resistance temperature measuring elements, 2 pieces of bearing for each.

5.1.5. One set of anchor bolt.

5.1.6. Special disassembly tools.

5.2. Order items that can be added according to the user's requirements (ordering or supporting supply is allowed, the price is calculated separately)

5.2.1. Motor.

5.2.2. High and low pressure oil stations.

5.2.3. Electric actuator (for rotor blade adjustment).

5.2.4. Vibration monitoring device is used for rotor vibration monitoring and alarm: it is basically equipped with one horizontal and one axial sensor for each fan, and each instrument monitors two fans.
