Double suction and double support centrifugal fan

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

1.1.1. It is suitable for the ventilation system of boilers in thermal power plants, as well as in mines, metallurgy and other industries. The conveying medium is air.

1.1.2. When it is used for induced draft fan, the inlet temperature is generally about 140 ℃ (allowable ≤ 250 ℃ for a short time). According to JB4358-2008 "Power Plant Boiler Centrifugal Fan", dust removal device should be installed upstream, and the dust concentration of flue gas entering the fan should not exceed 200mg/m3.

4-2 × 60 - - - 4 is the reduced integer value of the total pressure coefficient multiplied by 10 at the highest efficiency; 2 is the double suction air inlet mode; 60 is the value of the specific speed at the highest efficiency; (the existing 4-2 × 60, 4-2 × 73, 4-2 × 59, 5-2 × 53 Series)

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The fan is of double support structure, bilateral air intake, axial thrust balance and high operation stability. It is mainly composed of impeller, casing, collector, air inlet box, regulator and transmission part. The impellers are welded with low-alloy structural steel, and the special impeller is made of high-strength alloy steel; the casing is welded by ordinary steel plate and regional wear-resistant lining plate, so as to improve the service life.

1.3.2. 4-2 × 60 series fan blades are backward curved plates, which have the characteristics of high efficiency, wide efficient area and wear resistance; 5-2 × 53 series fan blades are backward straight plates, which have the characteristics of anti ash deposition and wear resistance; 4-2 × 73 and 4-2 × 59 series fans are wing shaped blades, which have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, high strength and stiffness.

1.3.3. The casing and air inlet box are of split structure design, which are convenient for transportation, installation and maintenance; the manhole door is set in the middle of the casing, and the drain pipe valve is set at the lowest position.

1.3.4. The bearing pedestal is equipped with circulating cooling water channel, which adopts industrial circulating water with water pressure of 0.2-0.4 MPa and water volume of 0.5-1.5t/h; the bearing pedestal is equipped with on-site observation bimetal thermometer and remote platinum thermal resistance temperature sensing element.

1.3.5. The dynamic balance correction and overspeed test shall be conducted before the impeller leaves the factory.

1.4. Working principle

Start the motor and drive the impeller to rotate and do work through the coupling. The gas is inhaled by the air inlet box and turned 90 ° axially. The gas enters the casing through the passage composed of impeller blades, and the gas obtains energy. The casing and outlet diffuser convert part of the dynamic pressure into static pressure to meet the needs of the system.

1.5. Product series

The impeller diameter of double suction and double support centrifugal fans is 2~5m. The manufacturer can select the best model and machine number according to the parameters provided by users.

3. Equipment appearance and structure

4. selection method

The manufacturer selects the computer according to the parameters provided by the user and according to the specifications.

 

5. scope of supply

5.1. complete supply scope included in the price of each fan

5.1.1. induced draft fan body (including impeller rotor, bearing seat, casing, collector, regulator and intake box).

5.1.2. one set of coupling and guard.

5.1.3. one set of anchor bolts.

5.1.4. two temperature measuring elements PTl00 platinum thermal resistance and two bimetal thermometers were observed in situ.
