1. Introduction

1.1. Application

Hptmk200-320-6s type feed water pump is manufactured and evaluated according to the design drawings, process documents and quality standards transferred by Sulzer company. It can be operated with speed regulation according to the load change to meet the requirements of constant pressure and sliding pressure operation of the unit. It is suitable for generating units and peak load regulating units with basic load, and it is suitable for 300 ~ 350MW steam turbine generating units in thermal power plants with 30% and 50% capacity.

1.3. Structural features (see Figure 3-1)

1.3.1. It is horizontal, double shell and multi-stage design. The core package is of full extraction structure. The rotor, guide vane, middle section, mechanical seal, outlet end cover, bearing, thrust bearing and other components are integrated. The whole core package can be pulled out as a whole, and the maintenance is very convenient (the core package can be replaced within 8 hours).

1.3.2. The pump has high efficiency (more than 82%) and wide range of high efficiency area. It is suitable for units with basic load and peak load regulation.

1.3.2. The pump operates stably, safely and reliably, and the vibration is less than 0.02mm. The pump has a special balance device, that is, the end face of the balance drum bushing is processed with anti vortex hole to reduce the eddy current at the inlet of the balance drum, so as to increase the damping of the balance drum, effectively improve the dynamic stiffness and stability of the rotor, and improve the reliability of the operation under unstable conditions. A flow leakage measuring device is installed on the pipe from the balance chamber outlet to the main pump inlet. By monitoring the leakage of the balance drum, the wear of the internal clearance of the balance drum can be accurately judged at any time, so that the feed water pump can be operated safely and reliably.

1.3.4. It can be started in cold state and hot state (it can be started at any time in any case) without warm rack.

1.3.5. The main shaft is forged with chromium nickel alloy steel. The reasonable length diameter ratio of the shaft makes the shaft have enough strength and stiffness to transmit the maximum torque under various possible working conditions. There is no machining thread on the shaft to avoid stress concentration and bending deformation.

1.3.6. The impeller is an integral precision casting, which is made of chrome nickel alloy steel and assembled on the shaft by hot pressing, which can ensure the alignment and sealing under harsh working conditions, transfer torque with double keys, locate with split retaining ring and bear part of axial force.

1.3.7. The shell is forged with high-quality alloy steel, and the sealing surface inside the pump shell is overlaid with austenitic stainless steel electrode, which has high strength, erosion resistance and corrosion resistance. The shell is mounted on an adjustable base and is equipped with a guide system to adjust the alignment in all directions. The high pressure side seal of the shell body is fastened with the shell by special bolts, and the sealing purpose is achieved by winding the gasket. Special hydraulic drawing tools are used for the disassembly and assembly of nuts.

1.3.8. The base is a steel welded structure with large rigidity, which can ensure the working frequency to avoid the natural frequency area of the equipment.

1.3.9. The front and rear shaft seals are mechanical seals. The external thread of the movable ring seat and the internal thread of the spiral sleeve can accelerate the circulation of the cooling water, with the heat generated by the relative friction of the static ring sealing surface. The two-way filter is installed in the water circulation system, which can be switched and cleaned during operation to ensure that the mechanical seal water is clean and will not cause damage to the mechanical seal. The mechanical seal is composed of a moving ring and a static ring. The moving ring rotates with the shaft, and the static ring is compensated by the axial spring, so that the sealing surface of the static ring always sticks to the sealing surface of the moving ring.

1.3.10. The thrust bearing is composed of thrust disc and thrust pad, which can bear bidirectional force. The thrust bearing has enough margin to bear the additional axial force caused by the start-up and shutdown process, overload operation and the increase of internal clearance due to wear. The radial support is a split four oil wedge sliding bearing, which is forced lubricated by pressure oil and has good dynamic characteristics.

1.3.11. The bolts on the outlet end cover, coupling coupling wheel, thrust disc and balance drum are disassembled and disassembled with hydraulic stretching tools to ensure that the tightening force of bolts is consistent and the positioning accuracy of coupling to wheel, balance disc and balance drum is ensured.

1.3.12. Replaceable sealing rings are set on pump section and guide vane.

3. Scope of supply

The main body of the water pipe and the water pipe are as follows:
