1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

DZWT series integrated regulating valve electric device is a device that controls the final control element (valve) in the closed-loop control system. It is suitable for multi turn regulating valves. Its derivative products can be applied to partial rotation (angular stroke) and straight stroke regulating valves. It can accurately adjust the pressure, temperature and flow of the medium under system working conditions according to the control instructions, It is widely used in power station, petrochemical, metallurgy, public utilities, etc.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. Structure description: DZWT series integrated regulating valve electric device is mainly composed of stroke control mechanism, torque control mechanism, opening mechanism, hand wheel component, motor, reducer, electrical control part, etc. The electrical control part of the integrated adjustable electric actuator also includes power module, drive module, power control board (CPU), touch button control panel, solid state relay, etc., as shown in figure 69-1. Electric device is driven by the motor reduction gear, through the worm gear rod to reduce the speed to the rated output shaft speed, in order to drive the valve stem.

DZWT series integrated regulating valve electric device adopts special regulating motor. All detection, diagnosis and control functions of the control part are realized by the internal program software of CPU on the main control board. After A / D conversion, the regulation signal (4 ~ 20mA) sent by the external regulator or DCS system is compared with the actual signal of the sensor of the electric device to generate the driving signal, so as to accurately carry out automatic regulation (see figure 69-2).

1.3.2.3. The motor has large starting torque and small moment of inertia.

1.3.2.5. It has the function of open phase protection and automatic identification of phase sequence

1.3.2.6. Arbitrary switching between near control and remote control.

1.3.2.7. Light indicates operation status.

1.3.2.8. It has various fault diagnosis and alarm functions.

Relative humidity: no more than 90% (25 ℃);

Working environment: no corrosive, flammable and explosive medium;

Protection grade: IP65;

Working mode: S4 or S5 periodic intermittent working mode, the maximum allowable working times is 1200 times / h, and the minimum load duration rate is 10%;

Valve position feedback signal: 4 ~ 20mA

3. Selection method

First, the output torque value is calculated according to the condition of valve and field matching, and then the matching electric device is selected through the performance parameter table of electric device. See table 69-4 and table 69-5 for supporting conditions
