1. Introduction

1.1. Application

DQ series bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is a kind of high efficiency continuous loading and unloading equipment. Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is characterized by small impact load, small maintenance, low energy consumption, high hourly production capacity and continuous operation. It is mainly used for loading and unloading various ore, coal, sand, coke, water-resistant materials, chemical raw materials and other bulk materials in the bulk yard of special bulk terminals, iron and steel enterprises, large thermal power plants and mines.

1.3. Structural characteristics

The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer mainly consists of bucket wheel mechanism, upper metal structure, cantilever belt conveyor, main machine ladder platform, pitch mechanism, gate seat, rotary table, supporting hinge seat, buffer bracket, middle hopper, slewing mechanism, limit device, detection device, walking mechanism, centralized lubrication device, cable drum device, tripper car, tripper car ladder platform, sprinkler, electrical system, electrical External wiring, electrical room, driver's cab, brand, distribution and reorganization, lifting device, foundation layout and load, etc.

The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer can be divided into integral luffing type (balance weight type) and boom luffing type (movable weight type) according to the luffing mode of bucket wheel boom. See Figure 22-1 for overall luffing and figure 22-2 for boom luffing.

The tripper car is divided into full lying turn back tail car, half lying turn back tail car, cross turn back tail car, fixed tail car, fixed head part flow tail full-functional double tail car, tail shunting tail car, multi-functional tail car, etc.

1.4. Working principle

1.4.1. Integral luffing (balanced weight) bucket wheel stacker reclaimer. The upper structure of the main engine consists of the forearm frame, the front pull rod, the door post, the counterweight frame, the rear pull rod, the hinge shaft and the clamp plate. The front end of the bucket wheel mechanism is hung, and the rear end is equipped with a configuration and reorganization for adjusting the balance of the upper structure. The upper structure is fixed on the rotary table by the support hinge seat and two expansion oil cylinders, the upper end of the support hinge seat is hinged with the rear of the door post, and the lower end of the support hinge seat is welded with the upper plane of the rotary table. The whole upper structure can swing around the hinge point of the supporting hinge, and the overall pitch of the upper structure is realized by the function of the hydraulic cylinder between the rotary table and the door post. The slewing bearing is embedded in the upper and lower races of slewing, the upper race supports the rotary table, and the lower race is fixed on the gate seat. The rotary drive device is fixed on the rotary table, and the output shaft pinion of the rotary reducer is meshed with the large gear ring of the lower half of the bearing fixed on the lower race to drive the rotation center of the upper structure. The hinge support of the traveling mechanism is welded with the support leg of the door seat. The gate base is connected to the leg of the gate base by four groups of hinged supports of the traveling mechanism in the form of four fulcrums or three supports and four fulcrums. The middle hopper is set on the rotation center line of the main machine, the upper port is connected with the hopper at the head of the tail car and the guide groove at the driving drum of the cantilever belt conveyor; the lower port is connected with the buffer bracket, and the materials are transferred to the belt conveyor of the ground system through the middle hopper when taking materials.

1.4.2. Boom luffing (movable counterweight) bucket wheel stacker reclaimer. The rotating parts, such as bucket wheel mechanism, cantilever belt conveyor, luffing mechanism and upper metal structure of balance weight, are located on the upper part of the rotating support bearing (race). The luffing mechanism of the forearm adopts the mechanical winch or hydraulic luffing form, and the luffing system pulls the movable pulley block located at the upper part of the inclined support frame to drive the forearm frame to pitch. The following parts of rotation are the same as the integral luffing (balance weight) bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.

1.4.3. Electrical operation mode and characteristics. The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer adopts PLC centralized control management, which can realize single operation, linkage operation and semi-automatic operation in the cab, and the three modes can be switched flexibly, reliably and conveniently. Each mode can be interlocked internally and has interface with main coal conveying system. Ensure that the interlock can be released during the maintenance and commissioning, and provide the communication interface connected with the coal handling program control.
