1.3. Structural characteristics
Bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is composed of bucket wheel mechanism, rotary mechanism, cantilever belt conveyor, pitch mechanism, traveling mechanism, tail car, metal steel structure, lubrication system, electrical room and electrical control system. The rotary drive is stepless speed regulation according to the 1 / cos ∮ function relationship to achieve equal amount of material taking. The rotary support has many forms such as rotary big bearing and rotary trolley. The bucket wheel drive has two forms: mechanical drive and hydraulic motor drive. 1.4. Working principle
1.4.1. Reclaiming. The bucket wheel and the rotating materials are continuously rotated to excavate and take materials. Through the bucket wheel chute device, cantilever belt conveyor and central hopper, the materials fall onto the system belt.
1.4.2. stacking. The materials from the system are piled into the stock yard through the tailcar, blanking device and cantilever belt conveyor.
1.4.3. Passing and diversion. Through the tailcar and the diverter, the material can pass through completely or partially.
