RC series bucket wheel reclaimer
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Bucket wheel reclaimer is suitable for the storage yard of large and medium-sized thermal power plants, port terminals, iron and steel plants, coking plants, mines and other industrial and mining enterprises. It is an ideal and efficient machine for continuous reclaiming of bulk materials with particle size no more than 300 mm.
The bucket wheel reclaimer is installed on the track arranged along the stock yard, which is used to transport the materials dug from the stock yard to the belt conveyor of the system.

1.3. Structural characteristics
Bucket wheel reclaimer is composed of bucket wheel mechanism, rotary mechanism, cantilever belt conveyor, pitch mechanism, traveling mechanism, metal steel structure, lubrication system, electrical room and electrical control system. The rotary drive is stepless speed regulation according to the 1 / cos ∮ function relationship to achieve the same amount of reclaiming: the rotary support has many forms such as rotary big bearing and rotary trolley; the bucket wheel drive has two forms of mechanical drive and hydraulic motor drive: the pitching mechanism has two forms of mechanical luffing of winch wire rope and pitching of hydraulic oil cylinder: three modes of operation can be adopted: local, manual and semi-automatic.
1.4. Working principle
The bucket wheel and the rotating mechanism continuously rotate the materials in the digging and reclaiming yard, and the materials fall onto the system belt through the bucket wheel chute device, cantilever belt conveyor and the center hopper.

3. Equipment outline and structural dimension
See Figure 24-1 for cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer (hydraulic pitch, turning radius of main machine is not less than 55m, and capacity is not less than 5000t / h). See Figure 24-2 for cantilever bucket wheel reclaimer (hydraulic pitch, turning half light of main machine is not more than 50m, and capacity is not more than 3000t / h).
4. Scope of supply and ordering instructions
4.1. Scope of supply
The basic scope of supply is to provide a complete set of bucket wheel reclaimer.
The bucket wheel reclaimer body above the track tread includes mechanical part, electric control part and ground anchor seat, terminal stop, ground junction box of upper cable, cable guide, random spare parts and special tools.
According to the requirements of users, it can also be responsible for the transportation, installation, commissioning, etc. of the equipment, and implement the turnkey project.
Unless otherwise specified by the user, it is not allowed to provide on-board cable, ground cable bridge, foundation, track and below track facilities.
