2. Tail car
2.1.The system belt conveyor is directly assembled into the tail car and the tail car with its own belt conveyor on the machine to form a turn back double tail car.
2.2.It is mainly composed of Ф 300 single wheel driven trolley group, Ф 600 single wheel driven trolley group, Ф 600 double wheel driven trolley group, metal structure (fixed frame, luffing frame, main beam, bottom beam, outrigger) tailcar belt conveyor, return press roll device, tail material guide device, etc.


3.Crane traveling system
3.1.It is mainly composed of driving platform frame, three in one vertical reducer, wheel set, intermediate shaft, gearbox, etc.

3.2.1.It is composed of reducer, brake and motor, and connected to the intermediate gear shaft with shrink disk. It has the advantages of compact structure, small size and light weight.

4.Anchoring and rail clamping device
4.1.In order to prevent the equipment from being blown away by the strong wind in the non working state, this machine is equipped with two groups of anchoring devices. In the non working state, it is necessary to insert the anchor plate into the anchor seat, lift the anchor plate in the working state, put it in place and touch the travel switch action. There is a light signal display in the cab, and the lifting and falling of the anchor plate are manually operated.
4.2.The machine is equipped with two rail clamping devices, which are respectively arranged on the side of rigid and flexible leg door leg to prevent the bucket wheel from sliding along the track in case of strong wind.


5. Towing system
5.1.The power supply cable, optical cable and control cable of the machine share one strap, and the whole strap component is placed on the guide rail. With the operation of the equipment, the cable and the bucket wheel machine move together to realize the power supply and control of the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer.

6.Movable beam lifting mechanism
6.1Mobile beam lifting adopts hydraulic double oil cylinder, which is placed on the side of rigid leg, and the two oil cylinders work simultaneously and synchronously. The hydraulic station is equipped with two oil supply pumps, and the lifting action is controlled by solenoid valve, reversing valve, etc. The hydraulic system is equipped with locking facilities. During the non working period of the oil cylinder, the expansion and contraction change of the oil cylinder per hour is not more than 5mm. It is equipped with automatic protection devices such as overpressure, oil plugging, automatic heating when the oil temperature is low, etc.
6.2The flexible leg side lifting of the movable beam adopts the steel wire rope balance system. The two steel ropes work independently of each other, and the rope head is fixed on the balance bar, so as to automatically adjust the length of the two steel ropes to make them bear the same force.


7.Counterweight mechanism
In order to reduce the lifting load of the lifting mechanism, reduce the capacity of the lifting motor, and improve the lifting stability, the machine is equipped with two sets of counterweight mechanisms, which are composed of single linked fixed pulley block, single linked pulley block and counterweight trolley.


8.Roller mechanism
8.1.The roller mechanism is the executive mechanism of the machine to complete the reclaiming operation, including two major parts of roller trolley travel and rotation. The traveling part is mainly composed of frame, wheel set, traveling three in one motor, coupling, horizontal guide wheel, etc.
8.2.Slewing part is mainly composed of roll ring, hopper, slewing drive motor, reducer, guide roller group, pin gear drive, arc baffle, pin gear limit device, etc.
8.3.The traveling mechanism meets the requirements of the roller's rotating reclaiming within the width of the stock yard, and its traveling and rotating loads ensure the uniform reclaiming.

11. Drivers ' Room

The cab is a fully enclosed structure with adjustable height seats, air conditioners, walkie talkies, fire extinguishers, etc.

13. Single beam crane

14. Cable Trolley mechanism and ladder platform
The cable trolley mechanism of this machine includes roller mechanism trolley and mobile belt conveyor trolley, which are all arranged on the mobile beam. The two trolley mechanisms are not driven by power, and are dragged by roller mechanism and mobile belt conveyor.The ladder platform shall be set for the working access of the commissioning and maintenance personnel of the ladder platform, and the ladder platform shall be set at all places requiring maintenance.


15. Safety device
Terminal limit: crane traveling mechanism, movable beam lifting mechanism, roller traveling mechanism and movable belt conveyor are respectively equipped with terminal limit or working limit.
Lifting limit: the lifting mechanism of the movable beam is equipped with high and low limit switches and rope release protection switches.
Wind alarm device: when the wind reaches 20 m / s, there is an audible and visual alarm signal in the cab.
Belt protection device: the belt conveyor in the movable beam of this machine is equipped with two-stage deviation switch, speed monitor and other protection devices. The tail car belt is equipped with two-stage deviation switch, speed monitoring and rope pulling switch and other protection devices.
Material detection device: a material level detection device is set under the moving belt conveyor to prevent the moving beam from colliding with the coal pile (never operated).
Balance wheel limit switch: installed on balance wheel support to limit deflection of movable beam.
16. Power Supply Room
The electrical room adopts closed structure and is installed on the fixed beam. The electrical room is equipped with all electrical cabinets required by the machine, air conditioner, four plus one telephone, power socket, fire extinguisher, etc
The machine is equipped with 6kV high-voltage power supply and cable towing. Voltmeters are set on the high-voltage electrical cabinet in the electrical room and the left operation console in the cab to monitor the power supply on the machine.
