1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Ring hammer coal crusher is used for crushing medium hardness brittle materials such as raw coal and limestone in thermal power plant, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry and other industries.
This machine uses the rotating rotor to drive the ring hammer to impact and crush the materials. The impacted materials are compressed, sheared and grinded between the ring hammer, the crushing plate and the sieve plate, so that the materials can reach the required particle size. The material flows from top to bottom and is broken continuously.

1.3. Structural features
The structure of KRC ring hammer coal crusher is shown in figure 31-1.
Both sides of the shell are hydraulically opened, and the maintenance of the equipment is safe and convenient. Large production capacity, low power consumption, low noise, less dust. Iron, wood and other debris are moved into the iron removal room by the ring hammer and need to be removed regularly. Matching with the monitor, it can display the spindle vibration value and bearing temperature value.

4. Scope of supply and ordering instructions
4.1. Scope of supply
Main engine, motor, coupling, hydraulic station, monitoring panel, screen plate adjusting device, etc.
According to the requirements of users, KRC series ring hammer coal crusher with hydraulic coupling can be provided.
4.2. Ordering instructions
The coal crusher is divided into left and right installation. When ordering, the user should indicate the installation form (left or right), motor voltage and whether safety monitoring panel is required. Each parameter in the technical parameter table is the index of crushing coal. If other ores are crushed, the material name, required output, feed size, discharge granularity, etc. shall be indicated or discussed face to face.
