PXA series reversible crusher

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The output of PXA series reversible anti blocking fine crusher can reach 600t / h, which belongs to large-scale secondary crushing equipment. It is specially designed and manufactured for CFB circulating fluidized bed boiler. The feed particle size is 100 ~ 150 mm, the discharge particle size is less than 10 mm, and the ideal discharge curve can be obtained.

The size and composition of coal particle size, combustion, heat transfer and load regulation characteristics of fluidized bed boiler have a very important impact. According to the hardness, humidity and physical characteristics of the size of the crushed medium and the user's requirements for the size distribution of the final product, the production enterprise will design and provide the most suitable crusher for you.

1.3. Structure diagram

1.4. Technical features

1.4.1. There is no screen bar to overcome the problem of high humidity and easy blockage of materials.

1.4.2. The rotor can be reversed and the utilization of hammer head is improved;

1.4.3. The clearance of discharge port can be adjusted to ensure the discharging granularity;

1.4.4. Hydraulic opening device is adopted, which is easy to operate, repair and maintain.

4. Selection method

The model is determined according to the technical parameters provided by users.

4.2. Damping platform device

4.3. Electric (oil, gas) heating anti sticking device
