1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose

1.3. Equipment features
1.3.1. The control of material granularity is accurate. The screen hole is designed according to the size requirements of the material under the screen, and the material larger than the mesh size will not leak from the sieve hole, so as to ensure the accurate control of the particle size of the screened material.
1.3.2. The screening efficiency is high. The screen surface is composed of V-shaped screen holes. The material is easy to fall into the gap between the screen pieces. The cleaning teeth are close to the screen plate to clean the screen hole, so as to ensure the smooth screen opening and high screening efficiency.
1.3.3. It is easy to install and maintain. Small size, no vibration itself, external vibration has no effect on the work of the product, the installation only needs to fix the equipment so that it does not move in series, and the installation is simple. In addition, all parts of the product are connected by bolts, with less rotating parts, large maintenance space and convenient maintenance and repair.
1.4. Working principle
The equipment is a V-shaped equidistant screening machine which can realize the fine-grained screening of materials, including the sieve machine base, screen box, work, sheet, transmission device and driving device. The screen box is fixed on the frame of the screen machine, and at least two screen shafts are set in the screen box, and the two ends of the screen shaft are fixed on the frame of the screen machine, Among them, the screen shaft as the driving shaft is connected with the driving device outside the screen box, the other screen shafts are connected with the screen shaft as the driving shaft through the transmission device, and each screen shaft is equipped with a replaceable screen plate.
