Introduction 1
1.1. Purpose
RCY series permanent magnet iron remover can be used with all types of belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, or chute. It can remove ferromagnetic impurities from moving materials, so as to purify materials, improve material grade or protect equipment in the next process.

1.3. Structural features
1.3.1. Features of ordinary permanent magnet iron remover.
① All technical indexes are in line with JB / T 8711-2006 "suspended permanent magnet iron remover", which is the permanent magnet separator meeting the national standard.
② The unique magnetic pole structure designed by computer simulation magnetic circuit ensures that the field strength at the rated suspension height reaches or exceeds the national standard value, and the magnetic pole adsorption area is large, which ensures that there is enough time to absorb ferromagnetic impurities from the running materials.
③ The magnetic field is stable to ensure that the magnetic force of the permanent magnetic core will not be reduced by more than 5% in 8 years under harsh environment.
④ The structure of the whole machine is compact and reasonable. There is no need for power excitation system or cooling system. The belt has the function of automatic deviation correction. The special sealed bearing seat can adapt to the harsh environment, and can continuously and automatically remove the adsorbed impurity iron, which can ensure long-term trouble free operation.
⑤ There are two types of drive motor: explosion-proof and non explosion-proof.
1.3.2. Features of super strong permanent magnet iron remover.
① The magnetic field strength and magnetic field gradient at the rated height are far greater than the standard of ordinary national standard iron remover, so it is called super strong permanent magnet iron remover higher than the national standard. In order to meet the requirements of different users, the super magnetic field is divided into three grades: T1, T2 and T3.
② The rare earth NdFeB permanent magnetic material, known as "ciwang", is used as the magnetic source, which has stable and reliable magnetic properties and super strong suction. It has good removal effect for large pieces of miscellaneous iron and small impurity iron, and can absorb ferromagnetic impurities buried in the material depth.
③ Complete specifications, suitable for 650 ~ 2400mm bandwidth, and explosion-proof type.
④ The shape of rcy-c series permanent magnetic tape separator is shown in figure 47-1. The product can continuously absorb impurity iron, with automatic correction, low noise, reliable operation and simple maintenance.
⑤ The structural dimensions of rcy-c series permanent magnetic tape separator are shown in Fig. 47-2. The total length of the product is 350-520mm shorter than that of type C. It is suitable for use in narrow space. Others are the same as type C.

1.4. Working principle
The rare earth water magnetic material with high remanence and high coercivity is used as the magnetic source, and the magnetic properties are stable and durable. The coercivity of NdFeB magnetic material is not less than 17000oe to ensure that the magnetic properties are not affected by environmental temperature and mechanical vibration. The surface of magnetic materials is electroplated and strictly antiseptic during assembly.
The unique magnetic circuit designed by using advanced computer simulation means and patent technology (Patent No. zl97233990.6) has the advantages of deep permeability, strong magnetic force and high magnetic gradient.

Rcy-c series of belt permanent magnetic separator and rcy-pii series of short belt permanent magnetic separator.
2. Equipment appearance and structural dimensions

4. Selection method
4.1. If the user has high requirements on the removal rate of miscellaneous iron, there are many solid balls such as steel balls and bolts, the material particle size is large, and the material layer is thick, it is recommended that:
① Super strong magnetic iron remover is selected.
② Generally, the multi-stage iron removal should not be less than two levels. The multi-stage iron remover should be installed on the belt head as far as possible, and the model of the iron remover is the most gradually increased (that is, the more the boiler is, the bigger the model is and the stronger the magnetic property is).
③ The iron removal equipment with different working modes can be used together. For example, the head of the belt conveyor is selected with permanent magnet drum, and two iron removal points are set in the middle of the belt conveyor, one point is electromagnetic disc type, and the other point is permanent tape type. This combination is very effective for iron removal from thick or extra thick material layers. It can also be mixed with ordinary and super strong iron remover.
4.2. Belt type permanent magnetic iron remover should be selected for belt conveyor with belt width less than 1.4m, and electromagnetic iron remover is recommended for belt conveyor above 1.6m.
4.3. When the power capacity is insufficient, permanent magnet iron remover should be selected.
4.4. The non-magnetic flat idlers or non-magnetic idlers shall be selected as far as possible under the iron remover.
4.5. The selection of the hanging device type and total length of the suspended iron remover is related to the layout position and space environment of the iron remover, and it should be determined and purchased according to the actual needs before ordering.
4.6. The iron remover provided in this manual is commonly used. If it is not suitable for user environment, the company will carry out special design for users.
4.7. The various installation forms described in this manual are not unique. Users can cooperate with the iron remover for proper installation according to the actual situation.
5. Scope of supply and ordering instructions
5.1. Scope of supply
The following is the typical scope of supply, which can be increased or decreased according to the needs of users, i.e. main engine, traveling trolley, scrap trolley, control cabinet, spreader, spare parts and special tools, random spare parts and special tools, etc.

5.2.4. Delivery time, place, receiving unit and requirements for delivery mode (train, highway and waterway).
5.2.5. Users are also requested to provide the following information for reference: conveyor belt width, belt speed, inclination angle, material property, particle size, thickness, size of impurity iron, environmental temperature change, installation position and space size.
