1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

KRC series ring hammer coal crusher is a kind of high-efficiency crushing equipment used in thermal power plant. It carries out coarse crushing and medium crushing operation for bituminous coal, lignite, anthracite and other coal, and supplies raw materials for boiler pulverizing system. It can also be used in coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, textile and other industries to crush coke, slag, gangue, shale, asbestos, limestone and medium hardness ore and other brittle materials.

1.3. Working principle

KRC series ring hammer coal crusher mainly uses the high-speed rotating ring hammer to impact and crush the materials. After the materials enter the crushing chamber from the feeding port, they are crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating ring hammer, and the crushed materials get kinetic energy and rush to the crushing plate at high speed to be crushed again. At the same time, the materials collide with each other to further crush. Small pieces of materials are squeezed, sheared, rolled and grinded again by the rotary hammer ring at the lower part of the crushing plate and on the sieve plate to reach the qualified particle size, and finally discharged from the sieve plate hole.

 

2. Structural features

As shown in Figure 30-1, KRC ring hammer crusher is mainly composed of front body, middle body, rear body, lower body, rotor, sieve plate frame, screen plate frame regulator and hydraulic system. The joint of each part is sealed with semicircular rubber sponge.

 

2.1. Anterior body, middle body, posterior body and lower body

The front body, the middle body, the rear body and the lower body are welded by steel plates. The front body, the rear body and the lower body are connected by hinges, and the hydraulic opening device is used for turning and closing. A small sieve plate is installed at the corresponding position between the lower part of the lower part and the sieve plate frame, which is connected with the rear body and the lower body through hinge, and is turned and opened by hydraulic opening device. The lower part of the lower part of the lower part corresponds to the sieve plate of the sieve plate frame, and the inner walls of the middle body, the rear body and the lower body are all equipped with protective wear-resistant lining plates.

The rear body is equipped with a debris removal room, and the debris that cannot be broken (such as iron blocks, wood blocks, etc.) is transferred into the debris removal room. The middle part of the machine is equipped with an air volume adjusting plate which can be adjusted outside the machine to adjust the air volume and generate a micro negative pressure inside the machine.

2.2. Sieve plate frame

The sieve plate frame is welded by steel plate, angle steel and round steel parts. The sieve plate frame is hung in the shaft seat on the machine body by the suspension shaft, and is limited by the clamping plate. The ear hole at the lower part of the support is combined with the screw rod of the sieve plate regulator. The broken plate, large hole sieve plate and small hole sieve plate made of manganese steel are fixed on the sieve plate frame by bolts and nuts.

2.3. Rotor part

The rotor part is fixed on the body by the bearing seat, and the main shaft of the rotor is equipped with flat key, disc, spacer sleeve, rocker arm, flat ring hammer, gear ring hammer and other parts. The ring is assembled on the counterweight ring and the counter weight ring. The parts on the main shaft are pressed by the locking nuts at both ends. In order to avoid loosening during operation, the positioning block is welded in the groove of the locking nut.

There are two seals in the bearing block, one is labyrinth seal, the other is polyurethane seal. Make the seal more reliable.

Double row radial spherical roller bearings are installed at both ends of the main shaft. Through serpentine spring coupling, hydraulic coupling and other couplings, the spindle and motor side are connected together.

2.4. Sieve plate frame regulator Part

This machine has two sieve plate frame regulators, which are composed of screw, nut, rotary shaft, bracket and other parts.

When the gap between the sieve plate and the hammer ring needs to be adjusted, the nut driven by the wrench is used to drive the screw to rotate, so that the lead screw will produce displacement, and the gap between the sieve plate and the hammer ring can be adjusted to obtain the required discharge particle size.

2.5. Hydraulic system

For the convenience of maintenance, the opening of the cover is realized by the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is composed of two oil cylinders, hydraulic stations, rubber tubes and other parts to open the cover.

The motor power of the hydraulic station is 2.2kW, the voltage is 380V, the speed is 1500r / min, the maximum working pressure is 11mpa, and the oil pressure can be set at 6Mpa when the test is started.

2.6. Coal crusher monitor

The coal crusher monitor is used with the coal crusher, which can provide monitoring and protection for the normal operation of the coal crusher. It is suitable for all kinds of coal crushers at present. Its main advantages are: Using PLC as the monitoring core, high measurement accuracy, good anti-interference, reliable work, convenient field installation, etc. In field application, the node signal can be output to the centralized control room, which is suitable for centralized management of power plant.

The left and right bearings are respectively installed with acceleration sensors and temperature sensors. The transmitter box must be installed near the acceleration and temperature sensor (no more than 30m), the transmission box and the sensor must be connected by shielding wire, the shielding layer must be connected with the sensor shell, and the monitoring box should be installed in the centralized control room. If the monitoring box needs to be installed on site, the transmitter box and monitoring box can be combined into one box.

The acceleration signal generated by the vibration of the acceleration sensor is re integrated by the vibration transmitter, and becomes a 4 ~ 20mA current signal proportional to the displacement. The temperature sensor becomes a 4-20mA current signal proportional to the temperature through the temperature transmitter. Four 4-0ma current signals enter PLC, so PLC can monitor absolute amplitude value and temperature value of two bearings of coal crusher. In normal operation, the amplitude value generated by unbalance and impact load of coal crusher rotor is generally less than 0.03mm (single amplitude). When the amplitude exceeds the alarm value, the alarm signal will be sent out. When the amplitude exceeds the shutdown value, the shutdown signal is sent. Also, when the temperature exceeds the alarm value, an alarm signal will be sent out. When the temperature exceeds the shutdown value, the shutdown signal is sent.
