Porous plate, water cap type downstream regeneration ion exchanger

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The equipment is used for water purification. The direction of liquid flow through the exchanger is consistent during operation and regeneration, and the equipment is easy to operate.

1.2. Model meaning

                     J SL 100•125 B

                    J ------ ion exchange

                    SL -------- downstream regeneration and lining

                    100 --- equipment diameter (mm)

1.3. Structural features

The water inlet device is in the form of domed porous plate.

The inlet of regeneration liquid device is in the form of mother pipe and branch pipe.

The water outlet device is porous.

The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and water inlet and outlet pressure gauges.

The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa

The equipment can be equipped with manual rubber lined diaphragm valve and pneumatic rubber lined diaphragm valve.

The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive for anti-corrosion.

When the equipment diameter DN ≤ 1250, large flange structure is adopted.

2.2. Special parameters

The consumption of regenerant is large, and the turbidity of influent is required to be less than 5mg / L

4. Ordering instructions

The regeneration liquid of the equipment is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. When the flow rate of regeneration liquid is more than 10m / h, it should be indicated when ordering.
