JHD mixed ion exchanger
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
The mixed ion exchanger is mainly used in the occasions with high requirements for effluent quality. It is generally set behind the cation (anion) ion exchanger. Its effluent conductivity is less than 0.2us/cm and SiO2 is less than 0.02mg/l. It can be used as the make-up water for boilers above ultra-high pressure or once through boilers.

1.3. Structural features
1.3.1. The upper water inlet device DN800 ~ DN1600 is in the form of single simple porous pipe, and the type of DN1800 ~ DN2500 is in the form of cross porous pipe.
1.3.2. The alkali inlet device and intermediate discharge device are in the form of mother pipe and branch pipe.
1.3.3. The water outlet device is in the form of porous plate and water cap.
1.3.4. The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.
1.3.5. The pressure rating of all interface flanges is PN1.0MPa
1.3.6 when the equipment diameter DN ≤ 1250, the large flange structure is adopted at the porous plate.
1.3.7. The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive for anti-corrosion.

4. Ordering instructions
When DN ≥ 1500 equipment is equipped with Sanders pneumatic valve, LG ~ LH long straight pipe section shall be added (see table 20-4)
