Double chambers floating bed ion exchanger
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
When the salt content of raw water is less than 500m mg / L, the salt content can be reduced to less than 10mg / L after passing through the common cation floating bed and anion floating bed; the salt content of raw water is more than 500m When the salt content of raw water is higher, it can be combined with other pre desalination methods such as reverse osmosis. If the effluent quality is higher, secondary desalination equipment can be set.

1.3. Structural features
1.3.1. The inlet and outlet devices are in the form of porous plate and water cap.
1.3.2. The equipment is equipped with local sampling device and inlet and outlet pressure gauges.
1.3.3 the pressure rating of all interface flanges of the equipment is PNI. 0mpa
1.3.4. The equipment is equipped with manual rubber lined diaphragm valve or pneumatic rubber lined diaphragm valve.
1.3.5. The equipment regeneration liquid is hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide.
1.3.6. The valve at resin loading and unloading port is DC rubber lined diaphragm valve or ball valve.
1.3.7. The packing layer height of the equipment is considered as 200 mm.
1.3.8. The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive for anti-corrosion.

4. Ordering instructions
4.1. The equipment regeneration liquid is hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. Sodium hydroxide. When sulfuric acid is used for regeneration, the order must be specified.
4.2. The height of exchanger layer depends on the water quality, and it must be indicated when ordering.
